Նա վարպետ իւղագործների՛ նման պատրաստեց օծութեան սուրբ իւղը եւ խնկերի համեմունքները:

Եւ երբ շաբաթն անցաւ, Մարիամ Մագդաղենացին, Յակոբոսի մայր Մարիամը եւ Սաղոմէն գնացին խնկի պատրաստութիւն տեսան, որպէսզի գան եւ օծեն նրա մարմինը:

Զոհասեղանի վրայ դրուած ամբողջ խոյը կը լինի Տիրոջն առաքուած անուշահոտ ողջակէզ: Դա Տիրոջը մատուցուած զոհն է:

and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the lord.
Երկրորդ գառը կը զոհես երեկոյեան այնպէս, ինչպէս առաւօտեան զոհուած գառը՝ բերելով նոյն ընծաները: Այն որպէս անուշահոտ զոհ կը մատուցես Տիրոջը:

and his brethren said to him, shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? and they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.
Եղբայրներն ասացին նրան. «Միթէ որպէս թագաւո՞ր պիտի թագաւորես մեզ վրայ, կամ տէր դառնալով պիտի տիրե՞ս մեզ»: Եւ նրանք առաւել եւս ատեցին նրան այդ երազների ու խօսքերի համար:
