(it will be said to them) can you expect any recompense other than what you deserve for your deeds?
"zar se već kažnjavate za ono što ste radili?"

god will say (to the idolaters), "your idols have rejected your faith. you cannot avoid their rejection nor can you find any help.
oni će poreći to što vi govorite, a vi nećete biti u mogućnosti da mučenje otklonite niti da pomoć nađete.

and those, who cannot find a match, should observe continence till allah provides them with means out of his bounty and if those who are in your possession, ask for a deed of emancipation, execute the deed of emancipation with them, provided that you find some good in them; and give them something out of the means allah has given you.
i neka se suzdrže oni koji se nemaju mogućnosti oženiti, dok im allah iz obilja svoga ne pomogne! a s onima u posjedu vašem koji se žele otkupiti, ako su u stanju to učiniti, o otkupu se dogovorite.
