ထိုနောက်မှ ငါတို့သည် ပဌာနာစရပ်သို့ သွား စဉ်တွင် နတ်ဝင်ဖြစ်၍ အနာဂတ်ကိုဟောသဖြင့်၊ မိမိ သခင်တို့အား စီးပွားများကို ပြုတတ်သော မိန်းမငယ် တယောက်သည် ငါတို့ကိုဆီးကြိုလေ၏။

and it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.
သို့ရာတွင်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်ထံ၌ သစ္စာခံသောသူတို့ သည် ထိုဗေဒင်တွက်ခြင်းကို အချည်းနှီးသော ဗေဒင် တွက်ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ မှတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ရှင်ဘုရင်မူကား၊ သူတို့ ကို ဘမ်းမိလိုသောငှါ၊ သူတို့ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ်ကို အောက်မေ့လိမ့်မည်။

there shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
သင်တို့တွင် မိမိသားသမီးကို မီးဖြင့်ပူဇော်သော သူ၊ ဖြစ်လတံ့သောအမှုကို ကိုယ်ဥာဏ်နှင့် ဟောပြော သောသူ၊ ကာလဗေဒင်ကို ကြည့်သောသူ၊ မကောင်းသော အတတ်ကို ပြုစုသောသူ၊

surely there is no enchantment against jacob, neither is there any divination against israel: according to this time it shall be said of jacob and of israel, what hath god wrought!
