combine chickpea flour and coarse wheat flour and add salt, chillies, curd, turmeric, sugar, lemon, ginger chilly paste, whole coriander seeds, ground black peppercorns and make a batter by adding some water. cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours. heat oil in a deep pan and add 1tbsp oil to the batter, mix and then fry small round balls.
ચણા નો લોટ તથા ઘઉં નો કકરો લોટ ભેગો કરી તેમાં મીઠું, મરચું, દહીં, હળદર, ખાંડ, લીંબુ, વાટેલ આદુ મરચાં, આખા ધાણા, ખાંડેલા મરી ઉમેરી તેમાં તેલનું મોણ નાંખો. થોડું પાણી ઉમેરી ખીરું તૈયાર કરો. ખીરું ત્રણ ચાર કલાક ઢાંકીને રાખી મૂકો. એક તાવડીમાં તેલ મુકી ગરમ થાય એટલે એક ચમચો તેલ ખીરામાં રેડી બરાબર હલાવો, ગોળ મોટા મોટા ગોટા ને તાવડીમાં તળી લો. આ ગોટા સાથે ગળી આંબળીયાની ચટણી અથવા તાજા પંજાબી દહીં સાથે પીરસો.
