और जो (उसके भाई की चोरी का हाल बयान करते हो ख़ुदा खूब बवाक़िफ है (इस पर) उन लोगों ने कहा ऐ अज़ीज़ उस (इब्ने यामीन) के वालिद बहुत बूढ़े (आदमी) हैं (और इसको बहुत चाहते हैं) तो आप उसके ऐवज़ (बदले) हम में से किसी को ले लीजिए और उसको छोड़ दीजिए

but if you want to replace one wife with another and you have given one of them a great amount , do not take from it anything . would you take it in injustice and manifest sin ?
और यदि तुम एक पत्ऩी की जगह दूसरी पत्ऩी लाना चाहो तो , चाहे तुमने उनमें किसी को ढेरों माल दे दिया हो , उसमें से कुछ मत लेना । क्या तुम उसपर झूठा आरोप लगाकर और खुले रूप में हक़ मारकर उसे लोगे ?

and if you wish to have wife in place of another and you have given one of them a heap of gold , then take not from it anything ; would you take it by slandering and manifest wrong ?
और अगर तुम एक बीवी की जगह दूसरी बीवी तबदील करना चाहो तो अगरचे तुम उनमें से एक को बहुत सा माल दे चुके हो तो तुम उनमें से कुछ क्या तुम्हारी यही गैरत है कि बोहतान बॉधकर या सरीही जुर्म लगाकर वापस ले लो

they said, “o noble prince, he has a father, a very old man, so take one of us in his place. we see that you are a good person.”
और जो (उसके भाई की चोरी का हाल बयान करते हो ख़ुदा खूब बवाक़िफ है (इस पर) उन लोगों ने कहा ऐ अज़ीज़ उस (इब्ने यामीन) के वालिद बहुत बूढ़े (आदमी) हैं (और इसको बहुत चाहते हैं) तो आप उसके ऐवज़ (बदले) हम में से किसी को ले लीजिए और उसको छोड़ दीजिए

one of them said , " do not kill joseph , but if you must , throw him into a dark well so that perhaps some caravan will take him away . "
उनमें से एक कहने वाला बोल उठा कि यूसुफ को जान से तो न मारो हाँ अगर तुमको ऐसा ही करना है तो उसको किसी अन्धे कुएँ में डाल दो कोई राहगीर उसे निकालकर ले जाएगा

they said : o ruler of the land ! lo ! he hath a very aged father , so take one of us instead of him . lo ! we behold thee of those who do kindness .
और जो उन लोगों ने कहा ऐ अज़ीज़ उस के वालिद बहुत बूढ़े हैं तो आप उसके ऐवज़ हम में से किसी को ले लीजिए और उसको छोड़ दीजिए

as he was building the ark , whenever some of his people passed by him , they ridiculed him . he said , “ if you ridicule us , we will ridicule you , just as you ridicule . ”
और नूह कश्ती बनाने लगे और जब कभी उनकी क़ौम के सरबर आवुरदा लोग उनके पास से गुज़रते थे तो उनसे मसख़रापन करते नूह कहते कि अगर इस वक्त तुम हमसे मसखरापन करते हो तो जिस तरह तुम हम पर हँसते हो हम तुम पर एक वक्त हँसेगें

thereupon one of them said : " do not kill joseph , but if you are bent upon doing something , cast him down to the bottom of some dark pit , perhaps some caravan passing by will take him out of it . "
उनमें से एक कहने वाला बोल उठा कि यूसुफ को जान से तो न मारो हाँ अगर तुमको ऐसा ही करना है तो उसको किसी अन्धे कुएँ में डाल दो कोई राहगीर उसे निकालकर ले जाएगा

and when the plague fell upon them , they said : o musa ! pray for us to your lord as he has promised with you , if you remove the plague from us , we will certainly believe in you and we will certainly send away with you the children of israel .
अहद किया है उसी की उम्मीद पर अपने ख़ुदा से दुआ माँगों और अगर तुमने हम से अज़ाब को टाल दिया तो हम ज़रूर भेज देगें

and when the plague smote them , they said : ' moses , pray to your lord for us invoking the promise he has made with you . if you lift the plague from us , we will believe in you and let the children of israel go with you '
अहद किया है उसी की उम्मीद पर अपने ख़ुदा से दुआ माँगों और अगर तुमने हम से अज़ाब को टाल दिया तो हम ज़रूर भेज देगें

and when the punishment descended upon them , they said , " o moses , invoke for us your lord by what he has promised you . if you remove the punishment from us , we will surely believe you , and we will send with you the children of israel . "
अहद किया है उसी की उम्मीद पर अपने ख़ुदा से दुआ माँगों और अगर तुमने हम से अज़ाब को टाल दिया तो हम ज़रूर भेज देगें

whenever a plague befell them , they would say , “ o moses , pray to your lord for us , according to the covenant he made with you . if you lift the plague from us , we will believe in you , and let the children of israel go with you . ”
अहद किया है उसी की उम्मीद पर अपने ख़ुदा से दुआ माँगों और अगर तुमने हम से अज़ाब को टाल दिया तो हम ज़रूर भेज देगें
