and they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

who are kept by the power of god through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son:

who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the lord, and from the glory of his power;
ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲐⲚⲀϬⲒ ⲚⲞⲨϨⲀⲠ ⲚⲦⲀⲔⲞ ⲚⲈⲚⲈϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲘⲠϨⲞ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲘⲠⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈϤϪⲞⲘ.

but unto them which are called, both jews and greeks, christ the power of god, and the wisdom of god.

let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. for there is no power but of god: the powers that be are ordained of god.

what if god, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

then saith pilate unto him, speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that i have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.

but i will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, i say unto you, fear him.

who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. amen.
