and that we have revealed to thee of the book is the truth, confirming what is before it; god is aware of and sees his servants.

and this is a book we have sent down, blest, and confirming that which hath been before it. and it is sent that thou mayest warn thereby the mother of towns and those around it.

(އެފޮތް ބާވައިލެއްވީ) މައިރަށުގެ (އެބަހީ: މައްކާގެ) أهل ވެރިންނާއި، އެތާނގެ ވަށައިގެންވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު إنذار ކުރެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި آخرة ދުވަހަށް إيمان ވާ މީހުން އެ ފޮތަށް إيمان ވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން އެއުރެންގެ ނަމާދަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާނެތެވެ.

and believe in that which i have sent down confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and barter not my revelations for a small price, and me alone shall ye fear.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ އެކުގައިވާ ފޮތް (އެބަހީ: توراة) ތެދުކުރަނިވި ގޮތުގައިވާ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާވައިލެއްވި ފޮތަށް (އެބަހީ: قرآن އަށް) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން إيمان ވާށެވެ! އަދި އެފޮތަށް އެންމެ ފުރަތަމައިން كافر ވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކަށް، ކުޑައަގެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުގަންނާށެވެ! (އެބަހީ: ދުންޔަވީ އުފާތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حرام ކުރެއްވި ކަންތައްތައްފަދަ އެއްޗަކަށް ނުވާކަހަލަ އެއްޗަކަށްޓަކައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އަންގަވާފައިވާ އެންގެވުންތަކަށް ފުރަގަސްނުދޭށެވެ!) އަދި ހަމައެކަނި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ!

and believe in that i have sent down, confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. and sell not my signs for a little price; and fear you me.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ އެކުގައިވާ ފޮތް (އެބަހީ: توراة) ތެދުކުރަނިވި ގޮތުގައިވާ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާވައިލެއްވި ފޮތަށް (އެބަހީ: قرآن އަށް) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން إيمان ވާށެވެ! އަދި އެފޮތަށް އެންމެ ފުރަތަމައިން كافر ވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކަށް، ކުޑައަގެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުގަންނާށެވެ! (އެބަހީ: ދުންޔަވީ އުފާތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حرام ކުރެއްވި ކަންތައްތައްފަދަ އެއްޗަކަށް ނުވާކަހަލަ އެއްޗަކަށްޓަކައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އަންގަވާފައިވާ އެންގެވުންތަކަށް ފުރަގަސްނުދޭށެވެ!) އަދި ހަމައެކަނި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ!

and that which we have revealed unto thee of the book - it is the very truth confirming that which hath been before it; verily, allah is unto his servants aware, beholding.
ފޮތުގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވި ތަކެއްޗަކީ، އޭގެކުރީގައިވާ ފޮތްތައް ތެދުކުރާ حق ތެދުބަސްފުޅެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، އެކަލާނގެ އަޅުތަކުންގެ خبر ތައް މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ، މޮޅަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

'our nation' they said: 'we have just been listening to a book sent down after moses confirming what came before it and guiding to the truth and to astraight path.
އެއުރެން ބުނޫއެވެ. އޭ އަހުރެމެންގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނޭވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، موسى ގެފާނަށްފަހު، ބާވައިލެއްވެވި ފޮތެއް އަހުރެމެން އަހައިފީމުއެވެ. އޭގެކުރީގެ ފޮތްތައް ތެދުކުރަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. حق ގޮތަށާއި، ސީދާވެގެންވާ ތެދުމަގަށް އެފޮތް މަގުދައްކަަތެވެ.

"o our people:" they said: "we have listened to a book which has come down after moses, confirming what was (sent down) before it, showing the way to the truth and a path that is straight.
އެއުރެން ބުނޫއެވެ. އޭ އަހުރެމެންގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނޭވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، موسى ގެފާނަށްފަހު، ބާވައިލެއްވެވި ފޮތެއް އަހުރެމެން އަހައިފީމުއެވެ. އޭގެކުރީގެ ފޮތްތައް ތެދުކުރަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. حق ގޮތަށާއި، ސީދާވެގެންވާ ތެދުމަގަށް އެފޮތް މަގުދައްކަަތެވެ.
