ފަހެ، އެ وصية އިވުމަށްފަހު، އެ وصية ބަދަލުކުޅަ މީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަމުގެ ފާފަ އޮތީ، އެކަން ބަދަލުކުރާ މީހުންގެ މައްޗަށެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ މޮޅަށް އައްސަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is hell to abide therein, and the wrath and the curse of allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.
އަދި، قصد ގައި مؤمن އަކު މަރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ ޖަޒާއަކީ ނަރަކަޔެވެ. އެތާނގައި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެމީހާގެ މައްޗަށް ކޯފާލައްވައި لعنة ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެމީހާއަށް ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

any one who kills a believer intentionally will be cast into hell to abide there for ever, and suffer god's anger and damnation. for him a greater punishment awaits.
އަދި، قصد ގައި مؤمن އަކު މަރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ ޖަޒާއަކީ ނަރަކަޔެވެ. އެތާނގައި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެމީހާގެ މައްޗަށް ކޯފާލައްވައި لعنة ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެމީހާއަށް ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

and whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell; he shall abide in it, and allah will send his wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement.
އަދި، قصد ގައި مؤمن އަކު މަރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ ޖަޒާއަކީ ނަރަކަޔެވެ. އެތާނގައި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެމީހާގެ މައްޗަށް ކޯފާލައްވައި لعنة ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެމީހާއަށް ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

and whosoever slayeth a believer intentionally, his meed is hell, as an abider therein; and allah shall be wroth with him and shall curse him, and shall get ready for him a torment terrible.
އަދި، قصد ގައި مؤمن އަކު މަރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ ޖަޒާއަކީ ނަރަކަޔެވެ. އެތާނގައި ދެމިހުންނަނިވި ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެމީހާގެ މައްޗަށް ކޯފާލައްވައި لعنة ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެމީހާއަށް ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

if, however. one apprehends genuinely that the testator had intentionally or unintentionally done some injustice, and then alters the will to set things right between the parties concerned, in that case he does not incur any sin. allah is forgiving and merciful.
ފަހެ، وصية ކުރާ މީހެއްގެ ފަރާތުން ބޭއިންސާފު ގޮތެއް ނުވަތަ ފާފަވެރިވާ ގޮތެއް ހިނގައިފާނެކަމަށް ބިރުގެން އެއުރެންގެ މެދުގައި (އެބަހީ: ވާރުތަވެރިންގެ މެދުގައި) صلح ކޮށްފި މީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ މައްޗަކަށް ފާފައެއް ނެތެވެ. (އެބަހީ: ކުރިން ނަންގަނެވުނު وصية ބަދަލުކުރުމުގެ ފާފަ އެމީހެއްގެ މައްޗަކަށް ނެތެވެ.) ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and whoever is killed (intentionally with hostility and oppression and not by mistake), we have given his heir the authority [(to demand qisas, law of equality in punishment or to forgive, or to take diya (blood money)]. but let him not exceed limits in the matter of taking life (i.e. he should not kill except the killer only).
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، اللَّه حرمة ތެރިކުރައްވާފައިވާ نفس އެއް حق އަކާ ލައިގެންމެނުވީ ނުމަރާށެވެ! އަދި އަނިޔާގެގޮތުގައި، މަރައިލެވޭމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާގެ ولى ވެރިޔާއަށް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާރެއް ދެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، قتل ކުރުމުގައި އޭނާ إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެ ولى ވެރިޔާއަކީ، نصر ލިބިގެންވާ މީހެއް ކަމުގައިވިއެވެ.
