އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައްޔާއި، އެ ތަކެއްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رزق ދޭ ކަމުގައި ނުވާ ތަކެއްޗަށްޓަކައި، ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ وسيلة ތައް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ބިމުގައި ލެއްވީމެވެ.

and we have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައްޔާއި، އެ ތަކެއްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رزق ދޭ ކަމުގައި ނުވާ ތަކެއްޗަށްޓަކައި، ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ وسيلة ތައް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ބިމުގައި ލެއްވީމެވެ.

and created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައްޔާއި، އެ ތަކެއްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رزق ދޭ ކަމުގައި ނުވާ ތަކެއްޗަށްޓަކައި، ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ وسيلة ތައް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ބިމުގައި ލެއްވީމެވެ.

and assuredly we established you in the earth and appointed for you livelihoods therein; yet little thanks ye return.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބިމުގައި ކަންތައްތައް ފަހިކޮށްދެއްވައި ބާރުވެރިކޮށްދެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެތާނގައި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ދިރިއުޅެވޭނެ ގޮތްތަކެއް ލެއްވީމެވެ. (އެހެނެއްކަމަކު) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شكر ކުރަނީ ވަރަށްވެސް މަދުންނެވެ.

and we have given you (mankind) power in the earth, and appointed for you therein livelihoods. little give ye thanks!
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބިމުގައި ކަންތައްތައް ފަހިކޮށްދެއްވައި ބާރުވެރިކޮށްދެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެތާނގައި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ދިރިއުޅެވޭނެ ގޮތްތަކެއް ލެއްވީމެވެ. (އެހެނެއްކަމަކު) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شكر ކުރަނީ ވަރަށްވެސް މަދުންނެވެ.

"i know not but that it may be a trial for you, and a grant of (worldly) livelihood (to you) for a time."
(ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ލެހެއްޓެވިކަން) އެއީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްވާ امتحان އެއްކަން، ނުވަތަ ވަކި މުއްދަތަކާ ޖެހެންދެން ލިބޭވަގުތީ އުފަލެއްކަން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަކަށް އެނގިވަޑައެއް ނުގަންނަވަތެވެ.
