އެމީހާ އަމިއްލަޔަށް ފުދިގެންވާކަމަށް ދެކޭމީހާ ދަންނާށެވެ!

except someone who is bound for hell.
ނަރަކަޔަށް ވަންނަހުށި މީހަކު މެނުވީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކަށް މަގުފުރައްދައެއް ނުލެވޭނެތެވެ.

but as for someone who comes hurrying to you,
އެމީހަކު (كافر ކަމުން) طاهر ނުވުމަކުން، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަކަށް ކުށެއް ނެތެވެ.

it is freeing someone's neck from slavery;
) އެއީ (އަޅަކު މިނިވަންކުރުމެވެ.

is not [someone like] that able to revive the dead?
އެކަން އެގޮތަށް ކުރެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެ، މަރުވެފައިވާ މީހުން އަލުން ދިރުއްވުމަށް ކުޅަދުންވަންތަވެވޮޑިގެން ނުވޭހެއްޔެވެ؟

“and when you apprehend someone, you seize him mercilessly?”
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ގަދަފަދަކަން ދައްކާހިނދު (އެއްވެސް رحم އެއްނެތި) جبّار ންގެ ގޮތުގައި ގަދަފަދަކަން ދައްކަމުއެވެ.

there is indeed a moral in that for someone who fears!
ބިރުވެތިވާ މީހަކަށް ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަމުގައި عبرة އެއްވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

except someone who may eavesdrop, whereat there pursues him a manifest flame.
އެހުމުން ވައްކަންކުޅަ شيطان އަކު މެނުވީއެވެ. ފަހެ، ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ގިނިހިލައެއް އެ شيطان އެއްގެ ފަހަތުން އަންނަހުށްޓެވެ.

and appoint for me, from my household, someone who will help me bear my burden -
އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ވާގިވެރިޔަކު ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ލައްވާނދޭވެ!

as for someone who endures patiently and forgives—that is indeed the steadiest of courses.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކެތްތެރިވެ، عفو ކުރިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަންކަންވަނީ، عزم ކަނޑައަޅަންޖެހޭ ކަންތައްތަކުގެ ތެރެއިންކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

so we wanted their lord to replace him with someone better in purity, and closer to mercy.
ފަހެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެދިވަޑައިގަތީ، އެ ދެމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެކުއްޖާއަށްވުރެ ހެޔޮވެގެންވާ صالح، އަދި އޯގާތެރިކަންބޮޑު ކުއްޖަކު އޭނާގެ ބަދަލުގައި އެދެމީހުންނަށް ދެއްވުމަށެވެ.

so, is someone who believes equal to someone who defies god? no, they are not equal.
ފަހެ، مؤمن އަކު ކަމުގައިވާ މީހާއާއި (އުރެދޭ) فاسق އަކު ކަމުގައިވާ މީހާ އެއްފަދަހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެ ދެބައިމީހުން އެއްވަރެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ.

and when you seize [someone for punishment], you seize [him] like tyrants.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ގަދަފަދަކަން ދައްކާހިނދު (އެއްވެސް رحم އެއްނެތި) جبّار ންގެ ގޮތުގައި ގަދަފަދަކަން ދައްކަމުއެވެ.

and do not plead for those who betray themselves; indeed allah does not like someone who is treacherous and sinful.
އެއުރެންގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس ތަކަށް خيانة ތެރިވާ މީހުންގެ ފަރާތުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ޖަދަލު ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ފާފަވެރިވެ خيانة ތެރިވާ މީހަކު ދެކެ اللَّه ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެނެއް ނުވެތެވެ.

and whoever commits a mistake or a sin, then blames it on someone innocent has indeed burdened himself with infamy and a manifest crime.
އަދި، ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ ފާފައެއްކޮށް (އެކަމުގެ) ކުށެއްނެތް މީހެއްގައި އެކަން އަޅުވާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދޮގަކާއި، ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ފާފައެއް އުފުލައިފިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

and whoever earns a fault or a sin and then throws it on to someone innocent, he has indeed burdened himself with falsehood and a manifest sin.
އަދި، ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ ފާފައެއްކޮށް (އެކަމުގެ) ކުށެއްނެތް މީހެއްގައި އެކަން އަޅުވާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާ ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދޮގަކާއި، ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ފާފައެއް އުފުލައިފިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

is someone who knows that what has been sent down to you from your lord is the truth, like someone who is blind? only those who possess intellect take admonition
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ބާވައިލެއްވީ، حق ތެދުކަން ދަންނަ މީހާ، ލޯއަނދިރި މީހަކާ އެއްފަދަ މީހެއްކަމުގައި ވާނޭހެއްޔެެވެ؟ نصيحة ލިބިގަންނަކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިންނެވެ.

he knows that which is before them and that which is behind them, and they do not intercede except for someone he approves of, and they are apprehensive for the fear of him.
އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިމަތީގައިވާ ކަންތަކާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ފަހަތުގައިވާ ކަންތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ ރުހިވޮޑިގެންވާ އަޅަކަށް މެނުވީ، އެބޭކަލުން شفاعة ތެރިއެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެބޭކަލުންތިއްބަވާނީ، އެކަލާނގެ ހައިބަވަންތަކަމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެގެންނެވެ.

and do not kill the soul which god has made sacred, except in the course of justice. if someone is killed unjustly, we have given his next of kin certain authority.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، اللَّه حرمة ތެރިކުރައްވާފައިވާ نفس އެއް حق އަކާ ލައިގެންމެނުވީ ނުމަރާށެވެ! އަދި އަނިޔާގެގޮތުގައި، މަރައިލެވޭމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާގެ ولى ވެރިޔާއަށް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާރެއް ދެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، قتل ކުރުމުގައި އޭނާ إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެ ولى ވެރިޔާއަކީ، نصر ލިބިގެންވާ މީހެއް ކަމުގައިވިއެވެ.

do they not contemplate the quran? had it been from [someone] other than allah, they would have surely found much discrepancy in it.
ފަހެ، قرآن އާމެދު އެއުރެން ވިސްނައި ފިކުރު ނުކުރަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެ قرآن އަކީ، اللَّه ނޫން އެހެން ފަރާތަކުން އައި އެއްޗެއް ކަމުގައިވީނަމަ، ގިނަވެގެންވާ ތަފާތުތައް އެއިން އެއުރެންނަށް ފެނުނީހެވެ.
