ވިދިވިދިގެން އަންނަ ވައިރޯޅިތަކާއި،

by the winds sent forth in swift succession,
ވިދިވިދިގެން އަންނަ ވައިރޯޅިތަކާއި،

by the (winds) sent forth in quick succession,
ވިދިވިދިގެން އަންނަ ވައިރޯޅިތަކާއި،

we have conveyed our word to them, in succession, so that they may give heed.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى ގެ ބަސްފުޅު (އެބަހީ: قرآن) ވިދިވިދިގެން ބާވައިލައްވައި، އެއުރެންނާ ހަމަޔަށް ގެނެސްދެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

by (the wind) those sent (as horses') mane (in succession),
ވިދިވިދިގެން އަންނަ ވައިރޯޅިތަކާއި،

and assuredly we have caused the word to reach them in succession, that haply they may be admonished.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى ގެ ބަސްފުޅު (އެބަހީ: قرآن) ވިދިވިދިގެން ބާވައިލައްވައި، އެއުރެންނާ ހަމަޔަށް ގެނެސްދެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and it is he who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، ރެޔާއި ދުވާލު އެކައްޗަކަށްފަހު، އަނެކައްޗެއް އަންނަގޮތުގައި ލެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެއީ ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށް، ނުވަތަ شكر ވެރިވުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and he it is who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، ރެޔާއި ދުވާލު އެކައްޗަކަށްފަހު، އަނެކައްޗެއް އަންނަގޮތުގައި ލެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެއީ ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށް، ނުވަތަ شكر ވެރިވުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށްޓަކައެވެ.

so when the decreed moment arrived, we turned the habitations upside down, and rained upon them stones of hardened lava in quick succession,
ދެން ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ (عذاب ގެ) أمر ފުޅު އައިހިނދު، އެ ރަށުގެ މައްޗަށް އޮތްފުށް ދަށަށް ޖެއްސެވީމެވެ. އަދި އަލިފާނުން ދޮންކުރައްވާފައިވާ، މަށީގެ ހިލައިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ރަށަށް ވާރޭ ވެއްސެވީމެވެ.

when you appealed to your lord for help, he answered you, “i am reinforcing you with one thousand angels in succession.”
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެހީއަށްއެދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެންނެވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެހިނދު އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އިޖާބަދެއްވައި އެންގެވިއެވެ. ملائكة ންގެ ހާހަކުން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް مدد ދެއްވާހުށީމެވެ. އެކަކަށްފަހު އަނެކަކު އަންނަގޮތުގައެވެ.

so we sent against them the flood and the locusts and the vermin and the frogs and the blood - a succession of clear signs. but they were arrogant and became a guilty folk.
ދެން ކަނޑައެޅި، ބަޔާންވެގެންހުރި آية ތަކެއް ކަމުގައި (ފެންބޮޑުވުމުގެ) طوفان އާއި، ގޮއްފުޅަންގާއި، އުކުނާއި، ބޮކާއި، ލޭ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ފޮނުއްވީމެވެ. ދެންވެސް އެއުރެން ބޮޑާވެގަތޫއެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުށްވެރި ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައިވިއެވެ.

he unleashed it upon them for seven nights and eight days, in succession. you could see the people tossed around, as though they were stumps of hollow palm-trees.
އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ހަތްރެޔާއި، އަށްދުވާ ވަންދެން ވިދިވިދިގެން އެ ވައި ފޮނުއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެ قوم ގެމީހުން ހޭނެތިގެން ވެއްޓިފައިވާތީ ތިބާ ދެކޭނޫއެވެ. އެއުރެންނެކޭ، ހޮއިހެދިފައިވާ ކަދުރު ރުކުގެ ބުޑުތަކެކޭ އެއްފަދައެވެ.

and your lord is the free of need, the possessor of mercy. if he wills, he can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever he wills, just as he produced you from the descendants of another people.
ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ، ފުދިވޮޑިގެންވާ، رحمة ގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާނަމަ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނެތިކުރައްވައި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ފަހަށް، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ ބަޔަކު ފޮނުއްވައިފާހުށްޓެވެ. އެއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، އެހެން قوم އެއްގެ ދަރިކޮޅުން އުފެއްދެވި ފަދައިންނެވެ.

and when you (prophet muhammad) prayed to your lord for help, he answered: 'i am sending to your aid a thousand angels in succession'
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެހީއަށްއެދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެންނެވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެހިނދު އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އިޖާބަދެއްވައި އެންގެވިއެވެ. ملائكة ންގެ ހާހަކުން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް مدد ދެއްވާހުށީމެވެ. އެކަކަށްފަހު އަނެކަކު އަންނަގޮތުގައެވެ.

(remember) when you sought help of your lord and he answered you (saying): "i will help you with a thousand of the angels each behind the other (following one another) in succession."
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެހީއަށްއެދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެންނެވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެހިނދު އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އިޖާބަދެއްވައި އެންގެވިއެވެ. ملائكة ންގެ ހާހަކުން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް مدد ދެއްވާހުށީމެވެ. އެކަކަށްފަހު އަނެކަކު އަންނަގޮތުގައެވެ.
