ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އުނދަގޫކަމާއެކު ފަސޭހަކަންވެއެވެ.

ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އުނދަގޫކަމާއެކު ފަސޭހަކަންވެއެވެ.

އެ ތަކެތި ހަވީރު (ނިދާތަނަށް) ގެންނަ ހިނދުގައްޔާއި، ހެނދުނު (ހުއިހައްޕަން) ނެރޭހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި އެ ތަކެތީގައި ރީތިކަމެއްވެއެވެ.

and there is beauty in them for you, when you bring them home to rest and when you drive them forth abroad to pasture;
އެ ތަކެތި ހަވީރު (ނިދާތަނަށް) ގެންނަ ހިނދުގައްޔާއި، ހެނދުނު (ހުއިހައްޕަން) ނެރޭހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި އެ ތަކެތީގައި ރީތިކަމެއްވެއެވެ.

saying: "we were also once full of fear at home.
އެއުރެން ބުނާނެތެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކުރިން ތިމަންމެން، ތިމަންމެންގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރޭގައި އުޅުނުއިރު (اللَّه ގެ عذاب އަށް) ބިރުވެތިވެގެންވީމުއެވެ.

for those who do good there is good in the world, but certainly the abode of the next is better. how excellent the home of the virtuous!
تقوى ވެރިވި މީހުންނަށް އަންގަވާނެތެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާވައިލެއްވީ ކޮންއެއްޗެއް ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެން ދަންނަވާނެތެވެ. ހެޔޮގޮތެވެ. މި ދުނިޔޭގައި ހެޔޮކޮށް ކަންތައްކުޅަ މީހުންނަށް ހެޔޮ ދަރުމަ ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި آخرة ގެ ގޮވަތި، ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. އަދި تقوى ވެރިންގެ ގޮވަތީގެ މޮޅުކަމާއެވެ!

and there is beauty in them for you when you drive them back (to home), and when you send them forth (to pasture).
އެ ތަކެތި ހަވީރު (ނިދާތަނަށް) ގެންނަ ހިނދުގައްޔާއި، ހެނދުނު (ހުއިހައްޕަން) ނެރޭހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި އެ ތަކެތީގައި ރީތިކަމެއްވެއެވެ.

and there came the apologists from among dwellers of the desert men praying that leave may be given them and those who had lied unto allah and his apostle sat at home. an afflictive torment shall afflict those of them who disbelieve.
أعرابى ންގެ ތެރެއިން عذر ވެރިވެގަންނަ މީހުން (ހަނގުރާމަޔަށް ނުގޮސް ތިބުމަށް) އެއުރެންނަށް إذن ލިބުމަށްޓަކައި އައޫއެވެ. އަދި اللَّه އަށާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާއަށް ދޮގުހެދި މީހުން ނައިސް ތިބެއްޖައޫއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން كافر ވި މީހުންނަށް، ވޭންދެނިވި عذاب އައިސް ޖެހޭހުށްޓެވެ.

(ކުށްވެރިކުރުމުގެ) މަގު އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، މުއްސަނދިން ކަމުގައިވުމާއެކު (ހަނގުރާމަޔަށް ނުގޮސްތިބުމަށް) ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހުން إذن އަށް އެދޭ މީހުންގެ މައްޗަށެވެ. (ހަނގުރާމަޔަށް) ނުގޮސްތިބޭ އަންހެނުންނާ އެކުގައި ވުމަށް އެއުރެން ރުހުނޫއެވެ. އަދި اللَّه އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތަކުގައި ސިއްކަގައްސަވައި ބަންދުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނޭނގެތެވެ.

believers, why is it that when you are told to march for the cause of god, you seem to linger at home. have you given preference to the worldly life over the life hereafter?
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! اللَّه ގެ މަގުގައި ހަނގުރާމަ ކުރުމަށް ނުކުންނާށޭ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެންގެވިހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބިމަށް ބަރުހެލިވެގަތީ ކީއްވެގެންހެއްޔެވެ؟ آخرة އަށްވުރެ ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިހުރުމަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ރުހުނީހެއްޔެވެ؟ ދުނިޔޭގެ އުފަލާއި، އަރާމަކީ آخرة އާ އަޅައިބަލާއިރު، މަދުއެތިކޮޅެއް ކަމުގައި ނޫނީ ނުވެތެވެ.

and those among the wandering arabs who had an excuse came in order that permission might be granted them. and those who lied to allah and his messenger sat at home.
