this follows a decision of the representatives of the governments of the member states taken on 23 june 2010 to reappoint the following ten members of the general court of the european union for the same period:
dan isegwi deċiżjoni tar-rappreżentanti tal-gvernijiet tal-istati membri li ttieħdet fit-23 ta' Ġunju 2010 għall-ħatra mill-ġdid tal-għaxar membri li ġejjin fil-qorti Ġenerali tal-unjoni ewropea għall-istess perijodu:

ilkunsill jinnomina lis-sur barroso bħala president prospettiv talkummissjoni lġdida, u jerġa’ jaħtar lis-sur solana bħala segretarju ġenerali tal-kunsill u rappreżentant għoli għall-politika barranija u s-sigurtà komuni (cfsp).
