"there is nothing but our life of this world! we die and we live! and we are not going to be resurrected!
Ҷуз ҳамин зиндагонии дунявии мо ҳеҷ нест, ба дунё меоему мемирем ва дигар бор зинда намеша- вем.

but all of these are but the provision of this present life; it is the life to come that the lord reserves for those who fear him.
Ва ҳамаи инҳо баҳрамандии ночизи дунявист, ҳол он ки охират дар назди Парвардигори ту барои парҳезгорон аст.

and it shall be said: today we forsake you as you neglected the meeting of this day of yours and your abode is the fire, and there are not for you any helpers:
Ба онҳо гуфта шавад: «Имрӯз фаромушатон мекунем, ҳамчунон, ки шумо дидори чунин рӯзатонро фаромӯш карда будед. Ҷойгоҳатон дар оташ аст ва шуморо ҳеҷ ёваре нест.

but force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life.
Ва канизони худро агар хоҳанд, ки парҳезгор бошанд, ба хотири сарвати дунявӣ ба зино маҷбур накунед.

all of them are not alike; among the people given the book(s) are some who are firm on the truth – they recite the verses of allah in the night hours and prostrate (before him).
Аҳли китоб ҳама яксон нестанд. Гурӯҳе ба тоъати Худо истодаанд ва оёти Худоро дар дили шаб тиловат мекунанд ва саҷда ба ҷой меоваранд.

all of them testified and bore witness to their testimony that on the day of judgment they would not say, "we were not aware of this (fact),"
Гуфтанд: «Оре, гувоҳӣ медиҳем». То дар рӯзи қиёмат нагӯед, ки мо аз он бехабар будем.

and force not your maids to prostitution, if they desire chastity, in order that you may make a gain in the (perishable) goods of this worldly life.
Ва канизони худро агар хоҳанд, ки парҳезгор бошанд, ба хотири сарвати дунявӣ ба зино маҷбур накунед.

“and o my people! may not your opposition to me occasion the coming upon you of the thing similar to what befell the people of nooh or the people of hud or the people of saleh; and the people of lut are not at all far from you!”
Эй қавми ман, зиддият бо ман шуморо ба коре вонадорад то он чӣ бар қавми Нӯҳ ё қавми Ҳуд ё қавми Солеҳ ё дар ҳамин наздикӣ ба қавми Лут расид, ба шумо низ бирасад.

and ibrahim said, “you have chosen only idols instead of allah, with whom your friendship is only in the life of this world; then on the day of resurrection you will deny and curse each other; and the destination for all of you is hell, and you do not have supporters.”
Гуфт: «Шумо бутонеро ба ҷои Худои якто ба худоӣ гирифтаед то дар ин зиндагонии дунё миёнатон дӯстӣ бошад, вале дар рӯзи қиёмат мункири якдигар мешавед ва якдигарро лаънат мекунед ва ҷоятон дар оташ аст ва ҳеҷ ёваре надоред.
