Қуръонро таълим дод,

you have known the first creation, then why do you not reflect?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

you have known the first growth; so why will you not remember?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

and assuredly ye have fully known the first production wherefore heed ye not?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

certainly you have known the first genesis, then why do you not take admonition?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

you have certainly known the first creation. why, then, do you not take heed?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

and indeed allah will make known the believers, and indeed he will expose the hypocrites.
Албатта, Худо медонад, ки мӯъминон чӣ касонанд ва мунофиқон чӣ касон.

had i known the future, i would have acquired much good, and no harm would have touched me.
Ва агар илми ғайб медонистам, ба хайри худ хеле меафзудам ва ҳеҷ шарре ба ман намерасид.

such is (he) the knower of the unknown and the known, the mighty and the merciful,
Ӯст, ки донои ниҳону ошкор аст. Пирӯзманду меҳрубон аст.

and when he fell the jinn saw clearly how, if they had known the unseen, they would not have continued in despised toil.
Чун фурӯ афтод, дегҳо дарёфтанд, ки агар илми ғайб медонистанд, дар он азоби хоркунанда намемонданд.

and we shall indeed test you until we make known the warriors and the steadfast among you – and to test your proclamations.
Ва шуморо меозмоем, то муҷоҳидон ва собиронатонро маълум дорем ва хабарҳоятонро ошкор кунем.

but when he fell, it became clear to the jinn that if they had known the unseen, they would not have remained in humiliating punishment.
Чун фурӯ афтод, дегҳо дарёфтанд, ки агар илми ғайб медонистанд, дар он азоби хоркунанда намемонданд.

allah pardon thee! why didst thou give them leave before it was manifest unto thee as to whosoever told the truth and thou hadst known the liars.
Худоят афв кунад, Чаро ба онон рухсати мондан додӣ? Мебоист онҳо, ки рост мегуфтанд, ошкор шаванд ва ту дурӯғгӯёнро ҳам бишносӣ.

allah pardon you! why did you give them leave until those who spoke the truth had become manifest to you and you had known the liars?
Худоят афв кунад, Чаро ба онон рухсати мондан додӣ? Мебоист онҳо, ки рост мегуфтанд, ошкор шаванд ва ту дурӯғгӯёнро ҳам бишносӣ.

and the calamity that struck you on the day the two armies met, was by allah’s command – and in order that he may make known the believers.
Он чӣ дар рӯзи бархурди он ду гурӯҳ, ба шумо расид, ба изни (ризой) Худо буд, то мӯъминонро маълум дорад.

and we have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and we have already known the later [ones to come].
Ва медонем чӣ касоне аз шумо аз ин пеш рафтаанд ва чӣ касоне боқӣ мондаанд.

do you think that you will enter the garden while allah has not yet known those who strive hard from among you, and (he has not) known the patient.
Оё гумон доред, ки ба биҳишт хоҳед рафт ва ҳол он ки ҳанӯз Худо маълум накардааст, ки аз миёни шумо чӣ касоне ҷиҳод мекунанд ва чӣ касоне сабр мекунанд?

and indeed, you have already known the first form of creation (i.e. the creation of adam), why then do you not remember or take heed?
Шумо ай офариниши нахуст огоҳед, чаро ба ёдаш наёваред?

but when we decreed death for him, naught showed them his death but a creature of the earth that ate away his staff; and when it fell down, the jinn came to know plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have tarried in abasing torment.
Чун ҳукми маргро бар ӯ рондем, ҳашарае аз ҳашароти замин мардумро бар маргаш огоҳ кард, асояшро (як сол) хоид. Чун фурӯ афтод, дегҳо дарёфтанд, ки агар илми ғайб медонистанд, дар он азоби хоркунанда намемонданд.

and when we decreed that he should die, naught indicated to them that he was dead but the beast of the earth devouring his staff; and when he fell down, the jinn saw clearly that, had they only known the unseen, they would not have continued in the humbling chastisement.
Чун ҳукми маргро бар ӯ рондем, ҳашарае аз ҳашароти замин мардумро бар маргаш огоҳ кард, асояшро (як сол) хоид. Чун фурӯ афтод, дегҳо дарёфтанд, ки агар илми ғайб медонистанд, дар он азоби хоркунанда намемонданд.
