Ҳеҷ чиз дар замину осмон бар Худо пӯшида нест.

and if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from allah's path.
Агар аз бисёриҳое, ки дар ин сарзаминанд, пайравӣ кунӣ, туро аз роҳи Худо гумроҳ созанд.

if thou obeyedst most of those on earth they would mislead thee far from allah's way.
Агар аз бисёриҳое, ки дар ин сарзаминанд, пайравӣ кунӣ, туро аз роҳи Худо гумроҳ созанд.

they are those on whom (descend) blessings from allah, and mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance.
Салавот ва раҳмати Парвардигорашон бар онон бод, ки ҳидоятёфтагонанд.

(o muhammad!) if you obey the majority of those who live on earth, they will lead you away from allah's path.
Агар аз бисёриҳое, ки дар ин сарзаминанд, пайравӣ кунӣ, туро аз роҳи Худо гумроҳ созанд.

a grace and blessing from allah, and allah is all-knowing, all-wise.
Бахшишу неъматест аз ҷониби Худо ва Худо донову ҳаким аст!

noah prayed, "o my lord! do not leave on earth a single one of those who deny the truth --
Ва Нӯҳ гуфт: «Эй Парвардигори ман, бар рӯи замин ҳеҷ як аз кофиронро магузор,

eat and take your ease (on earth) a little. lo! ye are guilty.
Бихӯреду андак баҳрае баргиред (дар дунё), ки шумо гунаҳкоронед,

from allah, verily nothing is hidden on earth or in the heavens.
Ҳеҷ чиз дар замину осмон бар Худо пӯшида нест.

and he who does not respond to the one who calls to allah will not be able to frustrate him on earth, nor will they have anyone to protect them from allah. such people are in manifest error.
Ва ҳар касе, ки ба ин даъваткунанда ҷавоб нагӯяд, наметавонад, дар рӯи замин аз Худо бигурезад ва ӯро ғайри Худо ҳеҷ ёваре нест ва дар гумроҳии ошкорест!»

a blessing from us. thus we reward the thankful.
Неъмате буд аз ҷониби Мо ва ононро, ки сипос гӯянд, чунин музд диҳем.

and before you, we did not appoint on earth a never-ending life for any human; will they, if you depart, become immortal?
Мо пеш аз ту ҳеҷ инсонеро ҷовидон насохтаем. Чӣ сон агар ту низ бимирӣ, онҳо ҷовидон бимонанд?

by no means will they escape (from allah's torment) on earth, nor have they protectors besides allah! their torment will be doubled!
Инҳо наметавонанд дар рӯи замин аз Худо бигурезанд ва ғайри Ӯ ҳеҷ ёваре надоранд, азобашон музоъаф (дучандон) мешавад.

a blessing from us; even so we recompense him who is thankful.
Неъмате буд аз ҷониби Мо ва ононро, ки сипос гӯянд, чунин музд диҳем.

had there not overtaken him a blessing from his lord he would have been cast upon the wilderness, being condemned.
Агар неъмати Парвардигораш набуд, дар айни бадҳолӣ ба саҳрое беобу гиёҳ меафтод.

we gave him back his family and doubled their number as a blessing from us and as a reminder to the people of understanding.
Ва ба ӯ хонаводааш ва ҳамчанди он аз дигар ёронро ато кардем ва ин худ раҳмате аз Мо буд ва барои хирадмандон андарзе (панде).

as a favor and a blessing from god. god is all-knowing and all-wise.
Бахшишу неъматест аз ҷониби Худо ва Худо донову ҳаким аст!

"o our lord! truly thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal: for nothing whatever is hidden from allah, whether on earth or in heaven.
Эй Парвардигори мо, ҳар чиро пинҳон медорем, ё ошкор месозем, Ту ба он огоҳӣ. Ва бар Худо ҳеҷ чиз дар замину осмон пӯшида нест!

and whosoever does not respond to allah's caller, he cannot escape on earth, and there will be no auliya' (protectors) for him besides allah (from allah's punishment). those are in manifest error.
Ва ҳар касе, ки ба ин даъваткунанда ҷавоб нагӯяд, наметавонад, дар рӯи замин аз Худо бигурезад ва ӯро ғайри Худо ҳеҷ ёваре нест ва дар гумроҳии ошкорест!»

[the angel] replied, "so shall it be; your lord says, 'this is easy for me; and we shall make him a sign to people and a blessing, from us. this has been decreed.'"
Гуфт: «Парвардигори ту инчунин гуфтааст: «Ин барон ман осон аст. Мо он писарро барои мардум оятеву бахшоише кунем ва ин корест ҳатмӣ ва поёнёфта».
