அன்றியும், அல்லாஹ்வை மறந்து விட்டவர்கள் போன்று நீங்கள் ஆகிவிடாதீர்கள், ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் தங்களையே மறக்கும்படி (அல்லாஹ்) செய்து விட்டான், அத்தகையோர் தாம் ஃபாஸிக்குகள் - பெரும் பாவிகள் ஆவார்கள்.

o my father! serve not the shaitan, surely the shaitan is disobedient to the beneficent allah:

"yes, now" (was the answer), "though before this you were disobedient and rebellious.

and we have certainly revealed to you verses [which are] clear proofs, and no one would deny them except the defiantly disobedient.

and if they had believed in allah and the prophet and in what was revealed to him, they would not have taken them as allies; but many of them are defiantly disobedient.

"and we had no authority over you. nay! but you were transgressing people (disobedient, polytheists, and disbelievers).
"அன்றியும் உங்கள் மீது எங்களுக்கு எவ்வித அதிகாரமும் இருக்கவில்லை எனினும் நீங்கள் தாம் வரம்பு கடந்து பாவம் செய்யும் கூட்டத்தாராக இருந்தீர்கள்."

[he was told,] ‘what! now? when you have been disobedient heretofore and were among the agents of corruption?!
"இந்த நேரத்தில் தானா (நீ நம்புகிறாய்)? சற்று முன் வரையில் திடனாக நீ மாறு செய்து கொண்டிருந்தாய்; இன்னும், குழப்பம் செய்பவர்களில் ஒருவனாகவும் இருந்தாய்.
