do not think yourselves to be above god: i have come to you with clear authority.
அன்றியும், "நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எதிராக உங்களை உயர்த்திக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்; நிச்சயமாக நான் உங்களிடம் தெளிவான சான்றுகளுடன் வந்திருக்கின்றேன்.

we sent noah to his people. he said, "i have come to you with a clear warning:
நிச்சயமாக நாம் நூஹை அவருடைய சமூகத்தாரிடம் அனுப்பி வைத்தோம்; அவர் (அவர்களை நோக்கி) "நிச்சயமாக நான் உங்களுக்கு பகிரங்கமாக அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவன்."

he said: verily i have loved the love of earthly good above the remembrance of my lord until the sun hath disappeared behind the veil.
"நிச்சயமாக நான் (சூரியன் இரவாகிய) திரைக்குள் மறைந்து விடும்வரை, என்னுடைய இறைவனை நினைப்பது விட்டும் இந்த நல்ல பொருட்களின் மேல் அதிக அன்பாக அன்பு பாராட்டிவிட்டேன்" என அவர் கூறினார்.

he said: 'indeed i have loved the love of good things better than the remembrance of my lord until the sun has vanished behind a veil.
"நிச்சயமாக நான் (சூரியன் இரவாகிய) திரைக்குள் மறைந்து விடும்வரை, என்னுடைய இறைவனை நினைப்பது விட்டும் இந்த நல்ல பொருட்களின் மேல் அதிக அன்பாக அன்பு பாராட்டிவிட்டேன்" என அவர் கூறினார்.

he said, 'lo, i have loved the love of good things better than the remembrance of my lord, until the sun was bidden behind the veil.
"நிச்சயமாக நான் (சூரியன் இரவாகிய) திரைக்குள் மறைந்து விடும்வரை, என்னுடைய இறைவனை நினைப்பது விட்டும் இந்த நல்ல பொருட்களின் மேல் அதிக அன்பாக அன்பு பாராட்டிவிட்டேன்" என அவர் கூறினார்.

and they do not come to you with an argument except that we bring you the truth and the best explanation.
அவர்கள் உம்மிடம் எவ்விதமான உவமானத்தைக் கொண்டு வந்தாலும், (அதை விடவும்) உண்மையானதும், அழகானதுமான ஒரு விளக்கத்தை நாம் உமக்குக் கொடுக்காமல் இல்லை.

"and exalt not (yourselves) against allah. truly, i have come to you with a manifest authority.
அன்றியும், "நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எதிராக உங்களை உயர்த்திக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்; நிச்சயமாக நான் உங்களிடம் தெளிவான சான்றுகளுடன் வந்திருக்கின்றேன்.

we have told you the stories of the prophets to make your heart firm and in these accounts truth has come to you, with an exhortation and a reminder for the believers.
(நம்) தூதர்களின் வரலாறுகளிலிருந்து (இவை) யாவற்றையும் உம் இதயத்தைத் திடப்படுத்துவதற்காக உமக்குக் கூறினோம். இவற்றில் உமக்குச் சத்தியமும் நல்லுபதேசமும், முஃமின்களுக்கு நினைவூட்டலும் வந்து இருக்கின்றன.

and i come confessing to the taurat that was before me, and to allow unto you some of that which was forbidden unto you. so and i have come unto you with a sign from your lord wherefore fear allah and obey me.
"எனக்கு முன் இருக்கும் தவ்ராத்தை மெய்பிக்கவும், உங்களுக்கு விலக்கி வைக்கப்பட்டவற்றில் சிலவற்றை உங்களுக்கு அனுமதிக்கவும், உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து (இத்தகைய) அத்தாட்சியை உங்களிடம் நான் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறேன்;, ஆகவே நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சுங்கள்; என்னைப் பின் பற்றுங்கள்."

and it behoves me to say nothing about allah except what is true. i have come to you with a clear sign of having been sent from your lord. so let the children of israel go with me.'
"அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது உண்மையைத் தவிர (வேறெதுவும்) கூறாமலிருப்பது என்மீது கடமையாகும்; உங்களுடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து உங்களுக்குத் தெளிவான அத்தாட்சிகளைக் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறேன் - ஆகவே இஸ்ரவேலர்களை என்னுடன் அனுப்பிவை" (என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்).

[who is] obligated not to say about allah except the truth. i have come to you with clear evidence from your lord, so send with me the children of israel."
"அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது உண்மையைத் தவிர (வேறெதுவும்) கூறாமலிருப்பது என்மீது கடமையாகும்; உங்களுடைய இறைவனிடமிருந்து உங்களுக்குத் தெளிவான அத்தாட்சிகளைக் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறேன் - ஆகவே இஸ்ரவேலர்களை என்னுடன் அனுப்பிவை" (என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்).

and i have come to confirm the truth of whatever there still remains of the torah, and to make lawful to you some of the things which had been forbidden to you. have come to you with a sign from your lord; so have fear of allah and obey me.
"எனக்கு முன் இருக்கும் தவ்ராத்தை மெய்பிக்கவும், உங்களுக்கு விலக்கி வைக்கப்பட்டவற்றில் சிலவற்றை உங்களுக்கு அனுமதிக்கவும், உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து (இத்தகைய) அத்தாட்சியை உங்களிடம் நான் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறேன்;, ஆகவே நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சுங்கள்; என்னைப் பின் பற்றுங்கள்."
