(இணை வைப்போரின்) கெட்ட வாக்கியத்திற்கு உதாரணம் கெட்ட மரமாகும்; பூமியின் மேல் பாகத்திலிருந்தும் (அதன் வேர்) பிடுங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்; அதற்கு நிலைத்து நற்கும் தன்மையுமில்லை.

(நபியே! இன்னும் வரவில்லையே என்று) வேதனையை அவர்கள் அவசரமாக தேடுகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ் தன் வாக்குறுதிக்கு மாறு செய்வதேயில்லை மேலும் உம்முடைய இறைவனிடம் ஒரு நாள் என்பது, நீங்கள் கணக்கிடுகிற ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளைப் போலாகும்.

do you not see how god presents a parable? a good word is like a good tree—its root is firm, and its branches are in the sky.
(நபியே!) நல்வாக்கியத்திற்கு அல்லாஹ் எவ்வாறு உதாரணம் கூறுகிறான் என்பதை நீர் கவனிக்கவில்லையா? அது மணம் மிக்க ஒரு நன்மரத்தைப் போன்றது அதனுடைய வேர்கள் (பூமியில் ஆழமாகப்) பதிந்ததாகவும், அதன் கிளைகள் வானளாவியும் இருக்கும்.

and they urge you to hasten the punishment. but allah will never fail in his promise. and indeed, a day with your lord is like a thousand years of those which you count.
(நபியே! இன்னும் வரவில்லையே என்று) வேதனையை அவர்கள் அவசரமாக தேடுகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ் தன் வாக்குறுதிக்கு மாறு செய்வதேயில்லை மேலும் உம்முடைய இறைவனிடம் ஒரு நாள் என்பது, நீங்கள் கணக்கிடுகிற ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளைப் போலாகும்.

beholdest thou not how allah hath propounded the similitude of the clean word? it is like a clean tree, its root firmly fixed, and its branches reaching unto heaven.
(நபியே!) நல்வாக்கியத்திற்கு அல்லாஹ் எவ்வாறு உதாரணம் கூறுகிறான் என்பதை நீர் கவனிக்கவில்லையா? அது மணம் மிக்க ஒரு நன்மரத்தைப் போன்றது அதனுடைய வேர்கள் (பூமியில் ஆழமாகப்) பதிந்ததாகவும், அதன் கிளைகள் வானளாவியும் இருக்கும்.

the example of those who give their wealth in the way of allah is like a grain of corn that sprouts seven ears, in every ear a hundred grains. allah multiplies to whom he will, allah is the embracer, the knower.
அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையில் தங்கள் செல்வத்தைச் செலவிடுபவர்களுக்கு உவமையாவது ஒவ்வொரு கதிரிலும் நூறு தானிய மணிகளைக் கொண்ட ஏழு கதிர்களை முளைப்பிக்கும் ஒரு வித்தைப் போன்றது. அல்லாஹ் தான் நாடியவர்களுக்கு (இதை மேலும்) இரட்டிப்பாக்குகின்றான்; இன்னும் அல்லாஹ் விசாலமான (கொடையுடைய)வன்; யாவற்றையும் நன்கறிபவன்.

and they ask you for the punishment – they are impatient – and allah will not make his promise untrue; and indeed a single day before allah is like a thousand years in your calculation.
(நபியே! இன்னும் வரவில்லையே என்று) வேதனையை அவர்கள் அவசரமாக தேடுகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ் தன் வாக்குறுதிக்கு மாறு செய்வதேயில்லை மேலும் உம்முடைய இறைவனிடம் ஒரு நாள் என்பது, நீங்கள் கணக்கிடுகிற ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளைப் போலாகும்.
