அவர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்; "நிச்சயமாக நீர் மிகுதம் சூனியம் செய்யப்பட்டவராக இருக்கின்றீர்.

"என்னைப் படைத்தானே அவனைத் தவிர (வேறெவரையும் வணங்க மாட்டேன்). அவனே எனக்கு நேர்வழி காண்பிப்பான்" (என்றும் கூறியதை நினைவு கூர்வீராக)!

(மனந்திருந்திய அவர்கள் ஃபிர்அவ்னிடம்) "எங்களுக்கு வந்துள்ள தெளிவான அத்தாட்சிகளை விடவும், எங்களைப் படைத்தவனை விடவும் உன்னை (மேலானவனாக) நாங்கள் எடுத்துக் கொள்ள மாட்டோம்; ஆகவே என்ன தீர்ப்புச் செய்ய நீ இருக்கிறாயோ அவ்வாறே தீர்ப்புச் செய்துகொள்; நீ தீர்ப்புச் செய்வதெல்லாம் இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கையில் தான்" என்று கூறினார்.

நிங்கள் தான் என்னை அலைக்க சொந்நிர்கல் என் அலைபை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்

how could the one who is the originator of the heavens and the earth and who has no companion, have a son? he created all things and has absolute knowledge of all things.
அவன் வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் முன் மாதிரியின்றிப் படைத்தவன். அவனுக்கு மனைவி, எவரும் இல்லாதிருக்க, அவனுக்கு எவ்வாறு பிள்ளை இருக்க முடியும்? அவனே எல்லாப் பொருட்களையும் படைத்தான். இன்னும் அவன் எல்லாப் பொருட்களையும் நன்கறிந்தவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame.
திருட்டுத்தனமாக ஒட்டுக் கேட்கும் ஷைத்தானைத்தவிர (அப்போது) பிரகாசமான தீப்பந்தம் அந்த ஷைத்தானை (விரட்டிப்) பின் பற்றும்.

are the ones who will have blessings and mercy from their lord: it is they who are on the right path!
இத்தகையோர் மீது தான் அவர்களுடைய இறைவனின் நல்லாசியும், நற்கிருபையும் உண்டாகின்றன, இன்னும் இவர்கள் தாம் நேர் வழியை அடைந்தவர்கள்.

god is the one who created the heavens and the earth, sent down water from the sky by which he produced fruits for your sustenance, enabled you to use boats to sail on the sea, and placed the rivers at your disposal, all by his command.
அல்லாஹ் எத்தகையவன் என்றால் அவன் தான் வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் படைத்து வானத்திலிருந்து மழையையும் பொழியச் செய்து அதைக் கொண்டு கனிவர்க்கங்களையும் உங்களுக்கு - ஆகாரமாக வெளிப்படுத்தித் தன் கட்டளையினால் கடலில் செல்லுமாறு கப்பலை உங்களுக்கு வசப்படுத்திக் கொடுத்தும், ஆறுகளையும் உங்களுக்கு வசப்படுத்தித்தந்தான்.

and put your trust in the living, the one who never dies; and celebrate his praise. he suffices as the all-informed knower of the faults of his creatures.
எனவே மரிக்கமாட்டானே அந்த நித்திய ஜீவ(னாகிய அல்லாஹ்வி)ன் மீதே முற்றிலும் நம்பிக்கை வைப்பீராக. இன்னும் அவன் புகழைக் கொண்டு (அவனைத்) துதி செய்து கொண்டிருப்பீராக இன்னும் அவன் தன் அடியார்களின் பாவங்களை அறிந்தவனாக இருப்பதே போதுமானதாகும்.

he is the one who made you trustees on the earth. so he who disbelieves, will bear the consequence of his unbelief. but their unbelief will only increase disgust for unbelievers in the sight of their lord; and their unbelief will only lead the unbelievers to greater loss.
அவன்தான் உங்களை இப்பூமியில் பின்தோன்றல்களாக ஆக்கினான்; எனவே எவன் நிராகரித்து விடுகிறானோ அந்நிராகரிப்பு(டைய கேடு) அவனுக்கேயாகும்; காஃபிர்களுக்கு அவர்களுடைய நிராகரிப்பு அவர்களுடைய இறைவனிடத்தில் கோபத்தையன்றி (வேறு எதனையும்) அதிகப்படுத்துவதில்லை அன்றியும் காஃபிர்களுக்கு அவர்களுடைய நிராகரிப்பு நஷ்டத்தையன்றி (வேறு எதனையும்) அதிகப்படுத்துவதில்லை.
