எனினும் உனக்குப் பின்னுள்ளவர்களுக்கு ஓர் அத்தாட்சியாக இன்றைய தினம் நாம் உம் உடலைப் பாதுகாப்போம்; நிச்சயமாக மக்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் நம் அத்தாட்சிகளைப்பற்றி அலட்சியமாக இருக்கின்றார்கள்" (என்று அவனிடம் கூறப்பட்டது).

அல்லது (நபியே!) "நாங்கள் யாவரும் வெற்றி பெறுங் கூட்டத்தினர்" என்று அவர்கள் கூறுகின்றார்களா?

send him with us tomorrow that he may eat well and play. and indeed, we will be his guardians.
"நாளைக்கு அவரை எங்களுடன் அனுப்பி வையுங்கள். (காட்டிலுள்ள கனிகளைப்) புசித்துக் கொண்டும் விளையாடிக் கொண்டும் இருப்பார்; நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் அவரைப் பாதுகாத்துக் கொள்வோம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

indeed, it is we who sent down the qur'an and indeed, we will be its guardian.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் தான் (நினைவூட்டும்) இவ்வேதத்தை (உம்மீது) இறக்கி வைத்தோம்; நிச்சயமாக நாமே அதன் பாதுகாவலனாகவும் இருக்கின்றோம்.

if we will, we can send down a sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it.
நாம் நாடினால், அவர்களுடைய கழுத்துக்கள் பணிந்து குனிந்து வரும்படி செய்யக் கூடிய அத்தாட்சியை வானத்திலிருந்து அவர்கள் மீது நாம் இறக்கியிருப்போம்.

he said, “no. go, both of you, with our proofs. we will be with you, listening.
(அதற்கு இறைவன்) அவ்வாறல்ல! நீங்கள் இருவரும் நம் அத்தாட்சிகளுடன் செல்லுங்கள் - நிச்சயமாக நாம் உங்களுடன் (யாவற்றையும்) செவியேற்போராக இருக்கின்றோம்" எனக் கூறினான்.

all will be ranked according to their deeds. we will requite them in full for their actions and they will not be wronged.
அன்றியும், ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் அவரவர் செய்த செய்கைகளுக்குத் தகுந்த பதவிகள் (மறுமையில்) உண்டு - ஆகவே அவர்கள் தங்கள் செயலுக்குரிய கூலியைப் பூரணமாகப் பெறுவதற்காக, ஆகவே அவர்கள் (இதில்) அநியாயம் செய்யப்பட மாட்டார்கள்

every soul shall taste death, and we will test you with good and ill by way of test, and to us you will be brought back.
ஒவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும் மரணத்தைச் சுவைப்பதாகவே இருக்கிறது பரீட்சைக்காக கெடுதியையும், நன்மையையும் கொண்டு நாம் உங்களைச் சோதிக்கிறோம். பின்னர், நம்மிடமே நீங்கள் மீட்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

indeed we will surely help our noble messengers, and the believers, in the life of this world and on the day when the witnesses will be standing.
நிச்சயமாக, நாம் நம்முடைய ரஸூல்(தூதர்)களுக்கும், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களுக்கும், இவ்வுலக வாழ்க்கையிலும், சாட்சிகள் நிலைபெறும் நாளிலும் உதவி செய்வோம்.

and it will be said, "today we will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this day of yours, and your refuge is the fire, and for you there are no helpers.
இன்னும், "நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய இந்நாளின் சந்திப்பை மறந்து விட்டது போன்றே, இன்றை தினம் நாம் உங்களை மறக்கிறோம்; அன்றியும் நீங்கள் தங்குமிடம் நரகம் தான்; மேலும், உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்பவர் எவருமில்லை" என்று (அவர்களுக்குக்) கூறப்படும்.

and bewore a day whereon we will raise up from each community a witness, then those who have disbelieved will not be given leave, nor they will be permitted to please allah.
ஒவ்வொரு சமூகத்தாரிலிருந்தும் ஒரு சாட்சியை நாம் எழுப்பும் (நாளை நினைவூட்டுவீராக அந்)நாளில் நிராகரிப்பவர்களுக்கு(ப் புகழ் கூறுவதற்கு) அனுமதி வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது (அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பொருத்தமானதை செய்து, அவ்வேளை தண்டனைக்குத் தப்பித்துக் கொள்ளவும்) இடங்கொடுக்கப்பட மாட்டாது.

for whosoever desires this fleeting life we hasten for him whatever we will and to whom we want. then, we have prepared gehenna for him where he will be roasted, condemned and rejected.
எவர்கள் (மறுமையைப் புறக்கணித்தும் விரைவில் அழியும்) இவ்வாழ்க்கையை விரும்புகிறார்களோ, அவர்களில் நாம் நாடியவர்களுக்கு நாம் நாடுவதை (இவ்வுலகிலேயே) விரைந்து கொடுத்து விடுவோம்; பின்னரோ அ(த்தகைய)வருக்காக, நாம் ஜஹன்ன(ம் நரக)த்தைச் சித்தப்படுத்தி வைத்திருக்கிறோம்; அதில் அவர் பழிக்கப்பட்டவராகவும் சபிக்கப்பட்டவராகவும் நுழைவார்.

and it will be said, “today we forget you, as you forgot the encounter of this day of yours. your abode is the fire, and there are no saviors for you.
இன்னும், "நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய இந்நாளின் சந்திப்பை மறந்து விட்டது போன்றே, இன்றை தினம் நாம் உங்களை மறக்கிறோம்; அன்றியும் நீங்கள் தங்குமிடம் நரகம் தான்; மேலும், உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்பவர் எவருமில்லை" என்று (அவர்களுக்குக்) கூறப்படும்.

and [warn of] the day when we will gather from every nation a company of those who deny our signs, and they will be [driven] in rows
(அவர்களிலுள்ள) ஒவ்வொரு சமுதாயத்தாரிலும் நம் வசனங்களைப் பொய்ப்பித்தவர்களை(ப் பிரித்து) ஒரு படையாக நாம் சேகரிக்கும் நாளை (நபியே! நீர் நினைவூட்டுவீராக).

and as for those who emigrated for the cause of allah, after suffering oppression, we will certainly give them goodly residence in this world, but indeed the reward of the hereafter will be greater, if they but knew!
கொடுமைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பின்னர், எவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்காக நாடு துறந்து (ஹிஜ்ரத்) சென்றார்களோ, அவர்களுக்கு, நாம் நிச்சயமாக அழகான தங்குமிடத்தை இவ்வுலகத்தில் கொடுப்போம். இன்னும், அவர்கள் அறிந்து கொண்டார்களேயானால் மறுமையிலுள்ள (நற்) கூலி (இதைவிட) மிகவும் பெரிது
