'ஸமூது' (கூட்டத்தினர்) தங்கள் அக்கிரமத்தினால் (ஸாலிஹ் நபியைப்) பொய்ப்பித்தனர்.

should we withdraw the admonition from you because you are a people far gone in transgression?

but whosoever does that in transgression and wrongfully we shall roast him in the fire. that is an easy matter for allah.
எவரேனும் (அல்லாஹ்வின்) வரம்பை மீறி அநியாயமாக இவ்வாறு செய்தால், விரைவாகவே அவரை நாம் (நரக) நெருப்பில் நுழையச் செய்வோம்;. அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு இது சுலபமானதேயாகும்.

and as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief.
"(அடுத்து) அந்த சிறுவனுடைய தாய், தந்தையர் இருவரும் முஃமின்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள்; அவன் (வாலிபனாகி) அவ்விருவரையும் வழிகேட்டிலும், குஃப்ரிலும் சேர்த்து விடுவான் என்று நாம் பயந்தோம்.

and thou shalt see many of them hastening toward sin and transgression and their devouring of the forbidden. vile indeed is that which they have been doing!
அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் பாவத்திலும், அக்கிரமத்திலும் விலக்கப்பட்ட பொருள்களை உண்பதிலும் விரைந்து செயல் படுவதை (நபியே!) நீர் காண்பீர். அவர்கள் செய்வதெல்லாம் தீமையேதாம்.

and never offer prayer for any one of them who dies and do not stand by his grave; surely they disbelieve in allah and his apostle and they shall die in transgression.
அவர்களில் யாராவது ஒருவர் இறந்து விட்டால் அவருக்காக நீர் ஒருக்காலும் (ஜனாஸா) தொழுகை தொழவேண்டாம்; இன்னும் அவர் கப்ரில் (பிரார்த்தனைக்காக) நிற்க வேண்டாம்; ஏனென்றால் நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வையும், அவன் தூதரையும் நிராகரித்துப் பாவிகளாகவே இறந்தார்கள்.

surely there came to them narratives (of the ancient nations) that should suffice to deter (them from transgression),
அச்சுறுத்தலுள்ள பல செய்திகள் திடமாக (முன்னரே) அவர்களிடம் வந்திருக்கின்றன.

if god were to hasten the evil, as men try to hasten the good, their term would come to end. so we leave those who do not expect to meet us to wander perplexed in transgression.
நன்மையை அடைய மக்கள் அவசரப்படுவது போன்று அல்லாஹ்வும் (குற்றம் புரிந்த) மக்களுக்கு தீங்கிழைதக்க அவசரப்பட்டால், இதற்குள் நிச்சயமாக அவர்களுடைய காலம், அவர்களுக்கு முடிவு பெற்றேயிருக்கும்; எனினும் நம் சந்திப்பை(ச் சிறிதும்) நம்பாதவர்களை, அவர்களுடைய வழி கேட்டிலேயே தட்டழிந்து அலையுமாறு (சிறிது காலம் இம்மையில்) நாம் விட்டு வைக்கிறோம்.

not so; whoso earns evil, and is encompassed by his transgression -- those are the inhabitants of the fire; there they shall dwell forever.
அப்படியல்ல! எவர் தீமையைச் சம்பாதித்து, அந்தக் குற்றம் அவரைச் சூழ்ந்து கொள்கிறதோ, அத்தகையோர் நரகவாசிகளே, அவர்கள் அ(ந்நரகத்)தில் என்றென்றும் இருப்பார்கள்.

ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களே! நீங்கள் இரகசியம் பேசிக் கொண்டால், பாவத்தையும் வரம்பு மீறுதலையும், (நம்) தூதருக்கு மாறு செய்வதையும் கொண்டு இரகசியம் பேசாதீர்கள், ஆனால் நன்மை செய்வதற்காகவும் பயபக்தியுடன் இருப்பதற்காகவும் இரகசியம் பேசிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; மேலும், அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு - எவன்பால் நீங்கள் ஒன்று சேர்க்கப்படுவீர்களோ - அவனுக்கே அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.

"now put thy hand into thy bosom, and it will come forth white without stain (or harm): (these are) among the nine signs (thou wilt take) to pharaoh and his people: for they are a people rebellious in transgression."
'இன்னும் உம்முடைய கையை உமது (மார்புபக்கமாக) சட்டைப் பையில் நுழையப்பீராக!' அது ஒளி மிக்கதாய் மாசற்ற வெண்மையாக வெளிவரும்.
