உங்கள் இறைவன் மீது நம்பிக்கை கொள்ள (நம்) தூதர் உங்களை அழைக்கையில் - இன்னும் திட்டமாய் ஏற்கனவே (அவன்) உங்களிடம் உறுதிமானமும் வாங்கியிருக்கும் போது, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது நீங்கள் ஈமான் கொள்ளாதிருக்க உங்களுக்கு என்ன நேர்ந்தது? நீங்கள் முஃமின்களாக இருப்பீர்களாயின் (இறை போதனைப்படி நடவுங்கள்).

but if you are in doubt as to what we have revealed to you, ask those who read the book before you; certainly the truth has come to you from your lord, therefore you should not be of the disputers.
(நபியே!) நாம் உம் மீது இறக்கியுள்ள இ(வ்வேதத்)தில் சந்தேகம் கொளிவீராயின், உமக்கு முன்னர் உள்ள வேதத்தை ஓதுகிறார்களே அவர்களிடம் கேட்டுப் பார்ப்பீராக் நிச்சயமாக உம் இறைவனிடமிருந்து உமக்குச் சத்திய (வேத)ம் வந்துள்ளது - எனவே சந்தேகம் கொள்பவர்களில் நீரும் ஒருவராகி விட வேண்டாம்.
