if they do not obey you, tell them: "i am not responsible for what you do."

and what i say unto you i say unto all, watch.
ซึ่งเราบอกพวกท่าน เราก็บอกคนทั้งปวงด้วยว่า จงเฝ้าระวังอยู่เถิด

i speak as to wise men; judge ye what i say.
ข้าพเจ้าพูดกับท่านอย่างพูดกับคนที่มีปัญญา ท่านจงพิจารณาถ้อยคำที่ข้าพเจ้าพูดนั้นเถิ

"so they may understand what i say:
“เพื่อให้พวกเขาเข้าใจคำพูดของข้าพระองค์”

consider what i say; and the lord give thee understanding in all things.
จงใคร่ครวญถึงสิ่งที่ข้าพเจ้าได้พูดเถิด ด้วยองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะทรงประทานความเข้าใจให้แก่ท่านในทุกสิ่

then if they disobey thee, say: "i am free (of responsibility) for what ye do!"
หากพวกเขาฝ่าฝืนเจ้า ก็จงกล่าวเถิดแท้จริงฉันขอปลีกตัวให้พ้นจากสิ่งที่พวกท่านปฏิบัติกันอยู่

so you shall remember what i say to you, and i entrust my affair to allah, surely allah sees the servants.
ดังนั้นพวกท่านจะต้องระลึกถึงสิ่งที่ฉันได้กล่าวแก่พวกท่าน และฉันขอมอบภารกิจของฉันแต่อัลลอฮฺ แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺทรงเป็นผู้เฝ้าดูปวงบ่าว

if they call you a liar, tell them, "let each one of us follow his own way. you will not be responsible for what i do and i will not be responsible for what you do".
และถ้าพวกเขาปฏิเสธ(ไม่ยอมศรัทธา)จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด) “การงานของฉันก็เป็นของฉัน และการงานของพวกท่านก็เป็นของพวกท่าน พวกท่านจงปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่ฉันกระทำและฉันก็จะปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่พวกท่านกระทำ”

they said: we miss the king's drinking cup, and he who shall bring it shall have a camel-load and i am responsible for it.
พวกเขากล่าวว่า “ขันน้ำของกษัตริย์หายไปจากเรา และผู้ใดนำมันมาคืนเขาจะได้รับสะเบียงเป็นรางวัลหนึ่งตัวลา และฉันเป็นผู้รับรอง”

soon you shall remember what i say to you. i entrust my affairs to allah. surely allah is watchful over his servants.”
ดังนั้นพวกท่านจะต้องระลึกถึงสิ่งที่ฉันได้กล่าวแก่พวกท่าน และฉันขอมอบภารกิจของฉันแต่อัลลอฮฺ แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺทรงเป็นผู้เฝ้าดูปวงบ่าว

(god) said: "this is right by me, and what i say is right.
พระองค์ตรัสว่า “ดังนั้นมันเป็นความจริง และข้าจะกล่าวแต่ความจริงเท่านั้น”

and ye will remember what i say unto you. i confide my cause unto allah. lo! allah is seer of (his) slaves.
ดังนั้นพวกท่านจะต้องระลึกถึงสิ่งที่ฉันได้กล่าวแก่พวกท่าน และฉันขอมอบภารกิจของฉันแต่อัลลอฮฺ แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺทรงเป็นผู้เฝ้าดูปวงบ่าว

and if they call you a liar, say: my work is for me and your work for you; you are clear of what i do and i am clear of what you do.
และถ้าพวกเขาปฏิเสธ(ไม่ยอมศรัทธา)จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด) “การงานของฉันก็เป็นของฉัน และการงานของพวกท่านก็เป็นของพวกท่าน พวกท่านจงปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่ฉันกระทำและฉันก็จะปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่พวกท่านกระทำ”

and your people (o dear prophet mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) denied it whereas this is undoubtedly the truth; say, “i am not responsible for you.”
และกลุ่มชนของเจ้านั้นได้ปฏิเสธอัลกุรอาน ทั้ง ๆ ที่อัลกุรอานนั้นเป็นสัจธรรม จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด) ว่า ฉันมิใช่ผู้พิทักษ์พวกท่านดอก

but if you do not believe what i say, leave me alone (and desist from laying hands on me).”
และถ้าหากพวกท่านไม่เชื่อฉันก็จงถอยห่างไปจากฉัน

(o muhammad!) do they say that he himself has forged this message? tell them: 'if i have forged this, the guilt of it will fall upon me, but i am not responsible for the crimes you are committing.
หรือพวกเขา(กุฟฟารกุเรช) กล่าวว่า “เขา (มุฮัมมัด) ได้อุปโลกน์มันขึ้นมา” (มุฮัมมัด) จงกล่าวเถิดว่า “ถ้าฉันได้อุปโลกน์มันขึ้นมา ความผิดของฉันย่อมอยู่ที่ฉัน และฉันปลีกตัวอกจากสิ่งที่พวกท่านกระทำผิด”

and if they belie you, say: "for me are my deeds and for you are your deeds! you are innocent of what i do, and i am innocent of what you do!"
และถ้าพวกเขาปฏิเสธ(ไม่ยอมศรัทธา)จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด) “การงานของฉันก็เป็นของฉัน และการงานของพวกท่านก็เป็นของพวกท่าน พวกท่านจงปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่ฉันกระทำและฉันก็จะปลีกตัวออกจากสิ่งที่พวกท่านกระทำ”

lest a soul should say: o woe to me! for what i fell short of my duty to allah, and most surely i was of those who laughed to scorn;
มิฉะนั้น ชีวิตหนึ่งจะกล่าวว่า โอ้ความหายนะจงประสบแก่ข้าพระองค์ ที่ข้าพระองค์ทอดทิ้ง (หน้าที่) ที่มีต่ออัลลอฮฺ และข้าพระองค์เคยอยู่ในหมู่ผู้เยาะเย้ยอีกด้วย

my people i do not ask any payment for what i preach to you. no one except god has to give me any reward. i do not drive away those who have faith (in my teaching); they will all receive mercy from their lord. i know that you are ignorant people.
และโอ้หมู่ชนของฉันเอ๋ย ! ฉันมิได้ร้องขอทรัพย์สินใดสำหรับการเยแพร่ แต่รางวัลของฉันอยู่ที่อัลลอฮ์ และฉันจะไม่เป็นผู้ขับไล่บรรดาผู้ศรัทธาดอก แท้จริงพวกเขาจะเป็นผู้พบพระเจ้าของพวกเขา แต่ฉันเห็นว่าพวกท่านเป็นหมู่ชนผู้งมงาย

and (as for) those who believe and their offspring follow them in faith, we will unite with them their offspring and we will not diminish to them aught of their work; every man is responsible for what he shall have wrought.
และบรรดาผู้ศรัทธา บรรดาลูกหลานของพวกเขาจะดำเนินตามพวกเขาด้วยการศรัทธา เราจะให้ลูกหลานของพวกเขาอยู่ร่วมกับพวกเขา และเราจะไม่ให้การงานของพวกเขาลดหย่อนลงจากพวกเขาแต่อย่างใดแต่ละคนย่อมได้รับการค้ำประกันในสิ่งที่เขาขวนขวายไว้
