a settembre 2008 bellotti ha portato a termine un ambizioso progetto per il controllo dei flussi fisico-logistici di magazzino, il “warehouse management facility” (wmf), introducendo nella gestione del tavolame due importanti novità. la prima riguarda il sistema all’avanguardia di misurazione ottica e di marcatura delle singole tavole: questo sistema si avvale di cinque telecamere in linea sistemate a valle della postazione di refilatura e prevede tre fasi che avvengono in sequenza: nella prima fase la tavola, che viene posizionata al centro della rulliera sottostante la refilatrice, viene fotografata agli infrarossi per determinarne i contorni, l’area, la lunghezza e la larghezza; nella seconda fase viene stampato sulla tavola un codice di identificazione unico, che appartiene solo ad essa; nella terza fase le telecamere fotografano la tavola con le sue dimensioni e l’immagine realizzata viene archiviata insieme al codice assegnato alla tavola.
last september 2008 bellotti completed an ambitious project to control warehouse physical logistic flows, denominated “warehouse management facility (wmf)”, through which the company confirms its commitment to innovation and which introduces two relevant novelties in the field of timber and planks management. the first new element is the up-to-date system of optical measurement and marking of each single plank, a peculiar system which in italy only bellotti adopted and in europe only a few other companies located in scandinavia. this system makes use of five lined up cameras positioned at the bottom of the trimming station and includes three consecutive steps: in the first step the plank, positioned in the middle of the roller table below the trimming machine, is taken an infrared photograph to determine its outline, its area, its length and width; in the second step on the plank is printed an exclusive identifying code, belonging to it only; in the third step the cameras capture the image of the plank with its dimensions and this image is filed together with the code assigned to the plank.
