cosa sarebbe l’autunno in alto adige senza il rito del törggelen? secondo un’antica usanza, da ottobre fino a fine novembre, ci si incontra nelle buschenschänken per assaggiare il vino nuovo e gustare i piatti tipici della tradizione altoatesina come la zuppa d’orzo, gli “schlutzkrapfen”, l’appetitoso carrè di maiale, i “krapfen” dolci e le castagne arrostite.
