مجھے آپکی بہت کمی محسوس ہوی, covered

اور رات کے وقت بھی تو کیا تمہیں عقل نہیں آرہی ہے
and at night, will you not understand?

جب یہ قافلہ جدا ہوا تو ان کے والد نے کہا کہ مجھے تو یوسف کی خوشبو آرہی ہے اگر تم مجھے سٹھیایا ہوا قرار نہ دو
and as the caravan set out (from egypt), their father said (in canaan): "indeed i smell the fragrance of joseph. i say so although you may think that i am doting."

حالانکہ خدا خود ان کو مذاق بنائے ہوئے ہے اور انہیںسرکشی میں ڈھیل دیئے ہوئے ہے جو انہیں نظر بھی نہیں آرہی ہے
(little do they realize that) allah is mocking at them. he gives them rope enough, and they wander on and on blindly in their mischief and rebellion.

اور یہ زندگانی دنیا صرف کھیل تماشہ ہے اور دار آخرت صاحبان تقوٰی کے لئے سب سے بہتر ہے ... کیا تمہاری سمجھ میں یہ بات نہیں آرہی ہے
and naught is the life of world but a play and a sport, and surely the abode of the hereafter is better for those who fear. reflect then ye not?

نبی کے لئے خدا کے فرائض میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے یہ گزشتہ انبیائ کے دور سے سنّت الہٰیّہ چلی آرہی ہے اوراللہ کا حکم صحیح اندازے کے مطابق مقرر کیا ہوا ہوتا ہے
no blame shall be attached to the prophet for doing what is sanctioned for him by god. this was god's way with those who went before him -- and the command of god is a decree determined.

(یہ) اﷲ کی سنت ہے جو پہلے سے چلی آرہی ہے، اور آپ اﷲ کے دستور میں ہرگز کوئی تبدیلی نہیں پائیں گے،
(such has been) the practice (approved) of allah already in the past: no change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of allah.

(دوزخ کے داروغے یا پہلے سے موجود جہنمی کہیں گے:) یہ ایک (اور) فوج ہے جو تمہارے ساتھ (جہنم میں) گھستی چلی آرہی ہے، انہیں کوئی خوش آمدید نہیں، بیشک وہ (بھی) دوزخ میں داخل ہونے والے ہیں،
[the leaders of the faithless will be told,] ‘this is a group [of your followers] plunging [into hell] along with you.’ [they will repond,] ‘may wretchedness be their lot! for they will enter the fire.’
