(148) odborník se odvolává na jedno z vysvětlení podaných společností alitalia k využití celého úvěru do 31. března 2005, jmenovitě na nemožnost čerpání po 31. březnu 2005 tak, jak bylo oznámeno bankou dresdner bank. trvá také na jedné z hypotéz použitých při plánování, jmenovitě na hypotéze z října 2004 týkající se směnného kurzu eura vůči usd v hodnotě 1,27 a ceny 41 usd za brent. tato poslední hypotéza není reálná, porovnáme-li jí se současnou cenou odpovídající přibližně 55 nebo 57 usd. předpoklady prezentované odborníkem pocházející od tří operátorů na trhu (bp riskmanager, shell trading a macquarie energy) uvádějí částku pohybující se mezi 54 a 58 usd do konce roku 2005. bylo vypočteno, že cena barelu odpovídající 55 usd a kurz eura vůči dolaru odpovídající 1,27 by se negativně odrazily na účtech společnosti alitalia, a to ve výši přibližně […] milionů eur do konce roku [52], což znamená přibližně […] milionů eur ve čtvrtletí duben – červen. to dokazuje, že současný finanční plán společnosti alitalia je široce ovlivněn touto nestálostí. nestálá situace je velmi důležitá, protože společnost alitalia na podzim roku 2004, v okamžiku vypracování plánu a z důvodu finanční situace, nemohla přijmout opatření na krytí rizik vyplývajících z kurzovních rozdílů a z ceny pohonných hmot a proto se jakékoliv zhoršení situace plně odrazí na účetní uzávěrce; v současnosti by se operace na krytí omezily na ustálení 55 usd, čímž by se zkonkretizovala tato ztráta.
(148) the expert refers to one of the justifications given by alitalia in connection with using the loan in its entirety at 31 march 2005, that is to say that, as mentioned by dresdner bank ag, it would not be possible to resort to it after 31 march 2005. the expert also emphasises one of the scenarios adopted for the purposes of these forecasts, that of october 2004 where the €/$ exchange rate is 1,27 and the price of a barrel of brent is 41 usd. this scenario is unrealistic set against the current brent crude price of $55-57/bl. the forecasts provided by the expert and three market players (bp riskmanager, shell trading and macquarie energy) indicate a figure ranging between $54 and $58 by end 2005. it has been calculated that, with a barrel price of $55 and a €/$ rate holding at 1,27, the negative impact on alitalia's accounts would be of the order of €[…] million by the end of the year, [52] or, in other words, about €[…] million for the april-june quarter. this shows that alitalia's current cash flow forecast is highly exposed to this volatility, all the more so since, when these forecasts were being put together in autumn 2004, alitalia was prevented by its financial situation from taking any steps to cover exchange rate and oil price risk, so that any deterioration would therefore be fully reflected in its accounts. at present, the coverage operation merely seeks to stabilise the price at $55 and thus put a definite value on the loss.
