a story on how to face your fears we all have fears. and that is okay however the are ways in which we can face them. sometimes all we need is a little push and determination. i always had a fear of public speaking but now i do not have it anymore, because i always tried to face it and challenge myself to be more comfortable about speaking in public. i faced this fear by practicing in front of the mirror, then infront of my family, infront of my friends then i started doing it infront of unfamiliar people. and just like that ,that is how i faced my fears. you can also face your fears to. believe it to achieve it.
