1. komise dne 6. července 2006 obdržela oznámení o navrhovaném spojení podle článku 4 a na základě postoupení podle čl. 4 odst. 5 nařízení rady (es) č. 139/2004 [1], kterým podnik iveco international trade finance sa ("iitf", itálie) patřící do skupiny iveco, která je kontrolována skupinou fiat, získává ve smyslu čl. 3 odst.1 písm. b) nařízení rady nákupem akcií kontrolu nad celým podnikem afin leasing a.g. ("afin", rakousko).
1. on 6 july 2006, the commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to article 4 and following a referral pursuant to article 4(5) of council regulation (ec) no 139/2004 [1] by which the undertaking iveco international trade finance sa (%quot%iitf%quot%, italy) belonging to the group iveco, which is itself controlled by the group fiat, acquires within the meaning of article 3(1)(b) of the council regulation control of the whole of afin leasing a.g. (%quot%afin%quot%, austria) by way of purchase of shares.
