ነገርን ሁሉ አከፋፋዮች በኾኑትም ( መላእክት ) እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

and the moon eclipsed ,
ጨረቃም በጨለመ ጊዜ ፡ ፡

and the book written
በተጻፈው መጽሐፍም ፡ ፡

and the drivers driving ,
መገሠጽንም በሚገሥጹት ፤

and the elevated canopy
ከፍ በተደረገው ጣራም ፡ ፡

and the outstrippers , the outstrippers
( ለበጎ ሥራ ) ቀዳሚዎቹም ( ለገነት ) ቀዳሚዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and the mountains stakes ?
ጋራዎችንም ችካሎች አላደረግንምን ?

and the pharisees said unto him, behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?
ፈሪሳውያንም። እነሆ፥ በሰንበት ያልተፈቀደውን ስለ ምን ያደርጋሉ? አሉት።

and the disbelievers said , “ the most gracious has chosen an offspring . ”
« አልረሕማንም ልጅን ያዘ ( ወለደ ) » አሉ ፡ ፡

said he , ' this is the truth , and the truth i say ;
( አላህ ) አለው « እውነቱም ( ከኔ ነው ) ፡ ፡ እውነትንም እላለሁ ፡ ፡

but jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
ኢየሱስም ክፋታቸውን አውቆ። እናንተ ግብዞች፥ ስለ ምን ትፈትኑኛላችሁ?

then came the disciples to jesus apart, and said, why could not we cast him out?
ከዚህ በኋላ ደቀ መዛሙርቱ ብቻቸውን ወደ ኢየሱስ ቀረቡና። እኛ ልናወጣው ያልቻልን ስለ ምን ነው? አሉት።

he said : your lord and the lord of your fathers .
( ሙሳ ) « ጌታችሁና የመጀመሪያዎቹ አባቶቻችሁም ጌታ ነው » አለው ፡ ፡

he said : the truth is , and the truth i speak ,
( አላህ ) አለው « እውነቱም ( ከኔ ነው ) ፡ ፡ እውነትንም እላለሁ ፡ ፡

and he took attendance of the birds and said , " why do i not see the hoopoe - or is he among the absent ?
በራሪዎቹንም ተመለከተ ፤ አለም « ሁድሁድን ለምን አላየውም ! በእውነቱ ከራቁት ነበርን ፡ ፡

he said : your lord and the lord of your ancient fathers .
( ሙሳ ) « ጌታችሁና የመጀመሪያዎቹ አባቶቻችሁም ጌታ ነው » አለው ፡ ፡

and they said , ‘ why was not this quran sent down to some great man from the two cities ? ’
« ይህም ቁርኣን ከሁለቱ ከተሞች በታላቅ ሰው ላይ አይወረድም ኖሯልን ? » አሉ ፡ ፡

and they said , " why was this qur 'an not sent down upon a great man from [ one of ] the two cities ? "
« ይህም ቁርኣን ከሁለቱ ከተሞች በታላቅ ሰው ላይ አይወረድም ኖሯልን ? » አሉ ፡ ፡

he said : the truth then is and the truth do i speak :
( አላህ ) አለው « እውነቱም ( ከኔ ነው ) ፡ ፡ እውነትንም እላለሁ ፡ ፡

( allah ) said : " the truth is , and the truth i say ,
( አላህ ) አለው « እውነቱም ( ከኔ ነው ) ፡ ፡ እውነትንም እላለሁ ፡ ፡
