ዛፎችዋም በእነርሱ ላይ የቀረበች ፣ ፍሬዎችዋም ( ለለቃሚዎች ) መግገራትን የተገራች ስትኾን ( ገነትን መነዳቸው ) ፡ ፡

when the sky is split open , and turns crimson like tanned leather .
ሰማይም በተሰነጠቀችና እንደ ጽጌረዳ ፣ እንደታረበ ቆዳ በኾነች ጊዜ ፤ ( ጭንቁን ምን አበረታው ) ፡ ፡

and when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -
ሰማይም በተሰነጠቀችና እንደ ጽጌረዳ ፣ እንደታረበ ቆዳ በኾነች ጊዜ ፤ ( ጭንቁን ምን አበረታው ) ፡ ፡

except what allah may wish . indeed , he knows the open and what is hidden .
አላህ ከሻው ነገር በስተቀር ፡ ፡ እርሱ ግልጹን የሚሸሸገውንም ሁሉ ያውቃልና ፡ ፡

he is god in the heavens and the earth . he knows what you hide and bring out into the open , and knows what you earn ( of good and evil ) .
እርሱም ያ በሰማያትና በምድር ( ሊግገዙት የሚገባው ) አላህ ነው ፡ ፡ ምስጢራችሁን ግልጻችሁንም ያውቃል ፡ ፡ የምትሠሩትንም ሁሉ ያውቃል ፡ ፡

and abandon open and secret sin ; surely they who earn sin shall be recompensed with what they earned .
የኃጢአትንም ግልጹንም ድብቁንም ተውዉ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ኃጢአትን የሚሠሩ ፤ ይሠሩት በነበሩት ነገር በእርግጥ ይቀጣሉ ፡ ፡

and i wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
መጽሐፉን ሊዘረጋ ወይም ሊመለከተው የሚገባው ማንም ስላልተገኘ እጅግ አለቀስሁ።

leave ( o mankind , all kinds of ) sin , open and secret . verily , those who commit sin will get due recompense for that which they used to commit .
የኃጢአትንም ግልጹንም ድብቁንም ተውዉ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ኃጢአትን የሚሠሩ ፤ ይሠሩት በነበሩት ነገር በእርግጥ ይቀጣሉ ፡ ፡

they enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands . they have forgotten allah , so he has forgotten them [ accordingly ] .
መናፍቃንና መናፍቃት ከፊሎቻቸው ከከፊሉ ናቸው ፡ ፡ በመጥፎ ነገር ያዛሉ ከደግም ነገር ይከለክላሉ ፡ ፡ እጆቻቸውንም ( ከልግስና ) ይሰበስባሉ ፡ ፡ አላህን ረሱ ፡ ፡ ፤ ስለዚህ ( እርሱ ) ዋቸው ፡ ፡ መናፍቃን አመጸኞቹ እነሱ ናቸው ፡ ፡

for men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave , and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave , be it little or much - an obligatory share .
ለወንዶች ወላጆችና የቅርብ ዘመዶች ከተዉት ( ንብረት ) ፋንታ ( ድርሻ ) አላቸው ፡ ፡ ለሴቶችም ወላጆችና የቅርብ ዘመዶች ከተዉት ከእርሱ ካነሰው ወይም ከበዛው ፋንታ አላቸው ፡ ፡ የተወሰነ ድርሻ ( ተደርጓል ) ፡ ፡

and the earth will shine with the light of its lord ( allah , when he will come to judge among men ) and the book will be placed ( open ) and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought forward , and it will be judged between them with truth , and they will not be wronged .
ምድርም በጌታዋ ብርሃን ታበራለች ፡ ፡ መጽሐፉም ይቅቀረባል ፡ ፡ ነቢያቱና ምስክሮቹም ይመጣሉ ፡ ፡ በመካከላቸውም በእውነት ይፈረዳል ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አይበደሉም ፡ ፡

' adn ( edn ) paradise ( everlasting gardens ) , whose doors will be open for them , [ it is said ( in tafsir at-tabari , part 23 , page 174 ) that one can speak to the doors , just one tells it to open and close , and it will open or close as it is ordered ] .
