« እኔ በጌታዬና በጌታችሁ በአላህ ላይ ተጠጋሁ ፡ ፡ በምድር ላይ ምንም ተንቀሳቃሽ የለችም እርሱ አናትዋን የያዛት ብትሆን እንጂ ፡ ፡ ጌታዬ ( ቃሉም ሥራውም ) በቀጥተኛው መንገድ ላይ ነው » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

but if they incline towards peace , then incline towards it , and put your trust in god . he is the hearer , the knower .
ወደ ዕርቅም ቢያዘነብሉ ወደ እርሷ አዘንብል ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

do not listen to the unbelievers and the hypocrites . ignore what they do to hurt you , and put your trust in god .
ከሓዲዎችንና መናፍቃንንም አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ ማሰቃየታቸውንም ( ለአላህ ) ተው ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ መጠጊያም በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡

i place my trust in god who is my lord and your lord . there is no creature that moves on the earth who is not held by the forelock firmly by him .
« እኔ በጌታዬና በጌታችሁ በአላህ ላይ ተጠጋሁ ፡ ፡ በምድር ላይ ምንም ተንቀሳቃሽ የለችም እርሱ አናትዋን የያዛት ብትሆን እንጂ ፡ ፡ ጌታዬ ( ቃሉም ሥራውም ) በቀጥተኛው መንገድ ላይ ነው » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and he will provide for him from whence he never reckoned . and whosoever puts his trust in god , he shall suffice him .
ከማያስበውም በኩል ሲሳየን ይሰጠዋል ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ የሚጠጋ ሰው እርሱ በቂው ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ፈቃዱን አድራሽ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ለነገሩ ሁሉ የተወሰነ ጊዜን በእርግጥ አድርጓል ፡ ፡

but if they are inclined to peace , make peace with them , and have trust in god , for he hears all and knows everything .
ወደ ዕርቅም ቢያዘነብሉ ወደ እርሷ አዘንብል ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and obey not the unbelievers and the hypocrites ; heed not their hurt , but put thy trust in god ; god suffices as a guardian .
ከሓዲዎችንና መናፍቃንንም አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ ማሰቃየታቸውንም ( ለአላህ ) ተው ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ መጠጊያም በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡

and provide for him from where he does not reckon . god is sufficient for him who places his trust in him .
ከማያስበውም በኩል ሲሳየን ይሰጠዋል ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ የሚጠጋ ሰው እርሱ በቂው ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ፈቃዱን አድራሽ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ለነገሩ ሁሉ የተወሰነ ጊዜን በእርግጥ አድርጓል ፡ ፡

and if they incline to peace , do thou incline to it ; and put thy trust in god ; he is the all-hearing , the all-knowing .
ወደ ዕርቅም ቢያዘነብሉ ወደ እርሷ አዘንብል ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and why should we not put our trust in god when he has already guided us to our paths ? we will , surely , bear with patience all the harm you do us .
« መንገዳችንንም በእርግጥ የመራን ሲኾን በአላህ ላይ የማንመካ ለእኛ ምን አለን በማሰቃየታችሁም ላይ በእርግጥ እንታገሳለን ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተመኪዎች ሁሉ ይመኩ ፡ ፡ »

o believers , remember the favours god bestowed on you when a people raised their hands against you and he restrained their hands . so fear god ; and the faithful should place their trust in god .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ሕዝቦች እጆቻቸውን ወደ እናንተ ሊዘረጉ ባሰቡና እጆቻቸውን ከእናንተ ላይ በከለከላችሁ ጊዜ በናንተ ላይ ( የዋለላችሁን ) የአላህን ጸጋ አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ አላህንም ፍሩ ፡ ፡ ምእመናንም በአላህ ላይ ይመኩ ፡ ፡

holding secret counsels for ( evil purposes ) is a work of satan to cause grief to the believers , but he can do no harm to them except by the will of god . let the believers trust in god .
