ለምእመንም በስሕተት ካልኾነ በቀር ምእመንን መግደል አይገባውም ፡ ፡ ምእመንንም በስህተት የገደለ ሰው ያመነችን ጫንቃ ( ባሪያ ) ነጻ ማውጣትና ወደ ቤተሰቦቹም የምትሰጥ ጉማ ምሕረት ካላደረጉለት በስተቀር ( መክፈል ) አለበት ፡ ፡ እርሱ ( ተገዳዩ ) ምእመን ሲኾን ለእናንተ ጠላት ከኾኑትም ሕዝቦች ቢኾን ያመነችን ጫንቃ ነጻ ማውጣት ( ብቻ ) አለበት ፡ ፡ በእናንተና በእነሱ መካከል ቃል ኪዳን ካላቸውም ሕዝቦች ቢኾን ወደ ቤተሰቦቹ በእጅ የምትሰጥ ጉማና ያመነችን ጫንቃ ነጻ ማውጣት አለበት ፡ ፡ ያላገኘ ሰውም ተከታታዮችን ሁለት ወሮች መጾም አለበት ፡ ፡ አላህ መጸጸትን ለመቀበል ( ደነገገላችሁ ) ፡ ፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው ፡ ፡
