ይህ ( ቅጣት ) አላህ በሕዝቦች ላይ የለገሰውን ጸጋ በነፍሶቻቸው ያለውን ነገር እስከሚለውጡ ድረስ የማይለውጥ በመኾኑ ምክንያት ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡
