አማርኛዬ ጥሩ ነውን?

the salutation of me paul with mine own hand.
እኔ ጳውሎስ ይህን ሰላምታ በገዛ እጄ ጽፌአለሁ።

o would that it had made an end ( of me ) :
« እርሷ ( ሞት ሕይወቴን ) ምነው ፈጻሚ በኾነች ፡ ፡

your religion is one and i am your lord . have fear of me " .
ይህችም ( በአንድ አምላክ የማመን ሕግጋት ) አንድ መንገድ ስትኾን ሃይማኖታችሁ ናት ፡ ፡ እኔም ጌታችሁ ነኝና ፍሩኝ ፡ ፡

" ah ! would that ( death ) had made an end of me !
« እርሷ ( ሞት ሕይወቴን ) ምነው ፈጻሚ በኾነች ፡ ፡

and he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
መስቀሉንም የማይዝ በኋላዬም የማይከተለኝ ለእኔ ሊሆን አይገባውም።

go , thou and thy brother , with my tokens , and be not faint in remembrance of me .
« አንተም ወንድምህም በተዓምራቶቼ ኺዱ ፡ ፡ እኔንም ከማውሳት አትቦዝኑ ፡ ፡

and jesus said, somebody hath touched me: for i perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
ኢየሱስ ግን። አንድ ሰው ዳስሶኛል፥ ኃይል ከእኔ እንደ ወጣ እኔ አውቃለሁና አለ።

jesus answered him, sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?
ኢየሱስም መልሶ። አንተ ይህን የምትለው ከራስህ ነውን ወይስ ሌሎች ስለ እኔ ነገሩህን? አለው።

and settle you in the land thereafter . this is for those who are afraid of me and of my warning . "
« ከእነሱም በኋላ ምድሪቱን በእርግጥ እናስቀምጣችኋለን ፡ ፡ ይኸ በፊቴ መቆሙን ለሚፈራ ዛቻዬንም ለሚፈራ ሰው ነው ፡ ፡ »

god says : ' take not to you two gods . he is only one god ; so have awe of me . '
አላህም አለ « ሁለት አማልክትን አትያዙ ፡ ፡ እርሱ አንድ አምላክ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔንም ብቻ ፍሩ ፡ ፡ »

( unbelievers ) whose eyes had been under a veil from remembrance of me , and who had been unable even to hear .
ለዚያ ዓይኖቻቸው ከግሳጼዬ በሺፋን ውስጥ ለነበሩትና መስማትንም የማይችሉ ለነበሩት ( እናቀርባታለን ) ፡ ፡

allah will say : " dispute not in front of me , i had already , in advance , sent you the threat .
( አላህ ) « ወደእናንተ ዛቻን በእርግጥ ያስቀደምኩ ስኾን እኔ ዘንድ አትጨቃጨቁ » ይላቸዋል ፡ ፡

it is satan who frightens his friends . do not be afraid of them ( enemies ) but have fear of me if you truly believe .
እንዲህ የሚላችሁ ሰይጣን ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ወዳጆቹን ያስፈራራችኋል ፡ ፡ አትፍሩዋቸውም ፡ ፡ ምእምናንም እንደኾናችሁ ፍሩኝ ፡ ፡

children of israel , remember my blessing wherewith i blessed you , and fulfil my covenant and i shall fulfil your covenant ; and have awe of me .
የእስራኤል ልጆች ሆይ ! ያችን በናንተ ላይ የለገስኳትን ጸጋዬን አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ በቃል ኪዳኔም ሙሉ ፤ በቃል ኪዳናችሁ እሞላለሁና ፤ እኔንም ብቻ ፍሩ ፡ ፡

he was one of the jinni and rebelled against his lord 's command . and yet you take him and his offspring as your friends instead of me , even though they are your enemies .
ለመላእክትም ለአደም ስገዱ ባልናቸው ጊዜ ( የኾነውን አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ወዲያውም ሰገዱ ፤ ኢብሊስ ብቻ ሲቀር ፡ ፡ ከጋኔን ( ጎሳ ) ነበር ፡ ፡ ከጌታውም ትእዛዝ ወጣ ፡ ፡ እርሱንና ዘሮቹን እነርሱ ለእናንተ ጠላቶች ሲኾኑ ከእኔ ላይ ረዳቶች አድርጋችሁ ትይዛላችሁን ለበዳዮች ልዋጭነቱ ከፋ !

and believe in what i have sent down which verifies what is already with you ; and do not be the first to deny it , nor part with it for little gain ; and beware of me .
ከናንተ ጋር ያለውን ( መጽሐፍ ) የሚያረጋግጥ ሆኖ ባወረድኩትም ( ቁርኣን ) እመኑ ፡ ፡ በርሱም የመጀመሪያ ከሓዲ አትሁኑ ፡ ፡ በአንቀጾቼም ጥቂትን ዋጋ አትለውጡ ፡ ፡ እኔንም ብቻ ተጠንቀቁ ፡

allah has said , ‘ do not worship two gods . indeed he is the one god , so be in awe of me [ alone ] . ’
አላህም አለ « ሁለት አማልክትን አትያዙ ፡ ፡ እርሱ አንድ አምላክ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔንም ብቻ ፍሩ ፡ ፡ »

and believe in what i revealed , confirming what is with you ; and do not be the first to deny it ; and do not exchange my revelations for a small price ; and be conscious of me .
ከናንተ ጋር ያለውን ( መጽሐፍ ) የሚያረጋግጥ ሆኖ ባወረድኩትም ( ቁርኣን ) እመኑ ፡ ፡ በርሱም የመጀመሪያ ከሓዲ አትሁኑ ፡ ፡ በአንቀጾቼም ጥቂትን ዋጋ አትለውጡ ፡ ፡ እኔንም ብቻ ተጠንቀቁ ፡

" o my lord ! they have indeed led astray many among mankind ; he then who follows my ( ways ) is of me , and he that disobeys me , - but thou art indeed oft-forgiving , most merciful .
« ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እነርሱ ( ጣዖታት ) ከሰዎች ብዙዎችን አሳስተዋልና ፡ ፡ የተከተለኝም ሰው እርሱ ከኔ ነው ፡ ፡ ትእዛዜንም የጣሰ ሰው አንተ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነህ ፡ ፡
