he said , ' you shall sow seven years after your wont ; what you have harvested leave in the ear , excepting a little whereof you eat .
( እርሱም ) አለ ፡ - « ሰባትን የተከታተሉ ዓመታት ትዘራላችሁ ፡ ፡ ያጨዳችሁትንም ሁሉ ከምትበሉት ጥቂት በስተቀር በዘለላው ውስጥ ተዉት ፡ ፡

it is he who produces gardens spread on the ground and above , and the date-palm , and crops of various flavours , and the olive and the pomegranate , similar in some respects and unlike in others ; eat from its fruit when it bears yield , and pay the due ( obligatory charity ) from it on the day it is harvested ; and do not be wasteful ; indeed the wasteful are not liked by allah .
እርሱም ያ ዳስ የሚደረግላቸውንና ዳስ የማይደረግላቸውን አትክልቶች የፈጠረ ነው ፡ ፡ ዘምባባንም ( የተምርን ዛፍ ) አዝመራንም ፍሬዎቹ የተለያዩ ሲኾኑ ወይራንና ሩማንንም ( ቅጠላቸው ) ተመሳሳይና ( ጣዕማቸው ) የማይመሳሰል ሲኾኑ ( ፈጠረ ) ፡ ፡ ባፈራ ጊዜ ከፍሬው ብሉ ፡ ፡ በአጨዳውም ቀን ተገቢውን ( ዘካ ) ስጡ ፡ ፡ አታባክኑም ፡ ፡ እርሱ አባካኞችን አይወድምና ፡ ፡
