እኛ ቅጣቱን ለጥቂት ጊዜ ገላጮች ነን ፡ ፡ እናንተ ( ወደ ክህደታችሁ ) በእርግጥ ተመላሾች ናችሁ ፡ ፡

ከእነርሱም ( ከመካ ከሓዲዎች ) እስከ ጥቂት ጊዜ ድረስ ዙር ( ተዋቸው ) ፡ ፡

he will say : " you stayed only for a while , if you only knew that .
« እናንተ ( የቆያችሁትን መጠን ) የምታውቁ ብትኾኑ ኖሮ ( በእሳት ውስጥ በምትቆዩት አንፃር ) ጥቂትን ጊዜ እንጂ አልቆያችሁም » ይላቸዋል ፡ ፡

and they believed , so we gave them enjoyment for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

and they believed , therefor we gave them comfort for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

for though i give them rein for a while , my strategy is sure .
ለእነርሱም ጊዜ እሰጣቸዋለሁ ጥበቤ ብርቱ ነውና ፡ ፡

« እርሱ በእርሱ ዕብደት ያለበት ሰው እንጅ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡ በእርሱም እስከ ጊዜ ( ሞቱ ) ድረስ ተጠባበቁ » ( አሉ ) ፡ ፡

and in thamood . they were told , “ enjoy yourselves for a while . ”
በሰሙድም ለእነርሱ « እስከ ጊዜ ( ሞታችሁ ) ድረስ ተጣቀሙ » በተባሉ ጊዜ ( ምልክት አልለ ) ፡ ፡

and i know not , perhaps it may be a trial for you , and an enjoyment for a while .
እርሱም ( ቅጣትን ማቆየት ) ምናልባት ለእናንተ ፈተናና እስከ ጊዜው መጠቃቀሚያ እንደሆነም አላውቅም ፤ ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and they believed [ in him ] . so we provided for them for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

and in samood : when it was said to them : enjoy yourselves for a while .
በሰሙድም ለእነርሱ « እስከ ጊዜ ( ሞታችሁ ) ድረስ ተጣቀሙ » በተባሉ ጊዜ ( ምልክት አልለ ) ፡ ፡

and also in thamood , when it was said to them , ' take your enjoyment for a while ! '
በሰሙድም ለእነርሱ « እስከ ጊዜ ( ሞታችሁ ) ድረስ ተጣቀሙ » በተባሉ ጊዜ ( ምልክት አልለ ) ፡ ፡

and are ungrateful for what we have given them . so enjoy yourselves for a while , but soon you will come to know .
በሰጠናቸው ጸጋ ሊክዱ ( ያጋራሉ ) ፡ ፡ ተጣቀሙም ፤ በእርግጥም ( መጨረሻችሁን ) ወደፊት ታውቃላችሁ ፡ ፡

and they believed ; so we permitted them to enjoy ( their life ) for a while .
አመኑም ፡ ፡ እስከ ጊዜ ድረስም አጣቀምናቸው ፡ ፡

“ and i do not know whether it is perhaps a trial for you , and an enjoyment for a while . ”
እርሱም ( ቅጣትን ማቆየት ) ምናልባት ለእናንተ ፈተናና እስከ ጊዜው መጠቃቀሚያ እንደሆነም አላውቅም ፤ ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡
