ጌታህ « ለመላእክት እኔ ሰውን ከጭቃ ፈጣሪ ነኝ ባለ ጊዜ » ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

when your lord said to the angels ; surely i am going to create a mortal from dust :
ጌታህ « ለመላእክት እኔ ሰውን ከጭቃ ፈጣሪ ነኝ ባለ ጊዜ » ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and when your lord said to the angels : surely i am going to create a mortal of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape .
ጌታህም ለመላእክት ባለጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ እኔ ሰውን ከሚቅጨለጨል ሸክላ ከሚገማ ጭቃ እፈጥራለሁ ፡ ፡

the decree from me will not be changed , and i am not unjust to the servants . ”
« ቃሉ እኔ ዘንድ አይለወጥም ፡ ፡ እኔም ለባሮቼ ፈጽሞ በዳይ አይደለሁም » ( ይላቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

as soon then as he had said unto them, i am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.
እንግዲህ። እኔ ነኝ ባላቸው ጊዜ ወደ ኋላ አፈግፍገው በምድር ወደቁ።

[ so mention ] when your lord said to the angels , " indeed , i am going to create a human being from clay .
ጌታህ « ለመላእክት እኔ ሰውን ከጭቃ ፈጣሪ ነኝ ባለ ጊዜ » ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and i am glad for your sakes that i was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.
እንድታምኑም በዚያ ባለመኖሬ ስለ እናንተ ደስ ይለኛል፤ ነገር ግን ወደ እርሱ እንሂድ አላቸው።

and thus do we expound the signs that they may turn back ( to the right path ) .
እንደዚሁም ( እንዲያስቡ ) እንዲመለሱም አንቀጾችን እናብራራለን ፡ ፡

when he made his way towards midian , he said , " i am sure , my lord will guide me to the right way . "
ወደ መድየን አቅጣጫ ፊቱን ባዞረ ጊዜም « ጌታዬ ቀጥተኛውን መንገድ ሊመራኝ እከጅላለሁ » አለ ፡ ፡

behold , thy lord said to the angels : " i am about to create man from clay :
ጌታህ « ለመላእክት እኔ ሰውን ከጭቃ ፈጣሪ ነኝ ባለ ጊዜ » ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and ( remember ) when your lord said to the angels : " i am going to create a man ( adam ) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud .
ጌታህም ለመላእክት ባለጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ እኔ ሰውን ከሚቅጨለጨል ሸክላ ከሚገማ ጭቃ እፈጥራለሁ ፡ ፡

say : i am only a mortal like you ; it is revealed to me that your allah is one allah , therefore follow the right way to him and ask his forgiveness ; and woe to the polytheists ;
( እንዲህ ) በላቸው « እኔ መሰላችሁ ሰው ብቻ ነኝ ፡ ፡ አምላካችሁ አንድ አምላክ ብቻ ነው ወደእርሱም ቀጥ በሉ ምሕረትንም ለምኑት ማለት ወደእኔ ይወረድልኛል ፡ ፡ ለአጋሪዎቹም ወዮላቸው ፡ ፡

god replied , " i am sending it to you , but if anyone of you turns back to disbelief , i will make him suffer a torment that no one has ever suffered . "
አላህ ፡ - « እኔ ( ማእድዋን ) በናንተ ላይ አውራጅዋ ነኝ ፡ ፡ በኋላም ከእናንተ የሚክድ ሰው እኔ ከዓለማት አንድንም የማልቀጣውን ቅጣት እቀጣዋለሁ » አለ ፡ ፡

how could you turn back to disbelief when the words of god are recited to you and you have in your midst his messenger ? those who seek the protection of god will certainly be guided to the right path .
የአላህም አንቀጾች በእናንተ ላይ የሚነበቡ ሲኾኑ መልክተኛውም በውስጣችሁ ያለ ሲኾን እናንተ እንዴት ትክዳላችሁ በአላህም የሚጠበቅ ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ተመራ ፡ ፡

" and i think not the hour will ever come , and if indeed i am brought back to my lord , ( on the day of resurrection ) , i surely shall find better than this when i return to him . "
« ሰዓቲቱንም ቋሚ ( ኋኝ ) ናት ብዬ አልጠረጥርም ፡ ፡ ( እንደምትለው ) ወደ ጌታዬም ብመለስ ከእርሷ የበለጠን መመለሻ በእርግጥ አገኛለሁ » ( አለው ) ፡ ፡

corruption has spread over land and sea from what men have done themselves that they may taste a little of what they have done : they may haply come back ( to the right path ) .
የሰዎች እጆች በሠሩት ኃጢኣት ምክንያት የዚያን የሠሩትን ከፊሉን ያቀምሳቸው ዘንድ መከራው በየብስና በባሕር ተገለጠ ፤ ( ተሰራጨ ) ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ሊመለሱ ይከጀላልና ፡ ፡
