have they not travelled through the land and seen what was the end of those who have gone before them ? they were stronger than them and made a more impressive mark upon the land , yet god destroyed them for their sins , they had no one to defend them against him ,
የእነዚያን ከእነርሱ በፊት የነበሩትን ሕዝቦች ፍጻሜ እንዴት እንደነበረ ይመለከቱ ዘንድ በምድር ላይ አይኼዱምን ? በኀይልና በምድር ላይ በተዋቸው ምልክቶች ፤ ከእነርሱ ይበልጥ የበረቱ ነበሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም በኀጢአቶቻቸው ያዛቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም ከአላህ ( ቅጣት ) ምንም ጠባቂ አልነበራቸውም ፡ ፡

when our clear revelations are recited to them , those who deny the truth say to the faithful , " which of the two sides is better in respect of position and makes a more impressive assembly ? "
በእነሱም ላይ አንቀጾቻችን ግልጽ መስረጃዎች ኾነው በተነበቡ ጊዜ እነዚያ የካዱት ለእነዚያ ላመኑት « ከሁለቱ ክፍሎች መኖሪያው የሚበልጠውና ሸንጎውም ይበልጥ የሚያምረው ማንኛው ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡
