have you seen him who has taken his desire to be his god ? is it your duty to watch over him ?

አላህም ወደ ሰላም አገር ይጠራል ፡ ፡ የሚሻውንም ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ ይመራል ፡ ፡

ወደ ጌታህ መንገድ በብልሃትና በመልካም ግሳጼ ( በለዘብታ ቃል ) ጥራ ፡ ፡ በዚያችም እርሷ መልካም በኾነችው ( ዘዴ ) ተከራከራቸው ፡ ፡ ጌታህ እርሱ ከመንገዱ የተሳሳተውን ሰው ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ቅን የኾኑትን ሰዎች ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

he is dominant over all his creatures and he sends guards to watch over you until death approaches you . then his angelic messengers will , without fail , take away your souls .

had allah wished they would not have ascribed partners [ to him ] . we have not made you a caretaker for them , nor is it your duty to watch over them .
አላህም በሻ ኖሮ ባላጋሩ ነበር ፡ ፡ በእነሱም ላይ ጠባቂ አላደረግንህም ፡ ፡ አንተም በእነሱ ላይ ኃላፊ አይደለህም ፡ ፡

and one who invites to allah , by his permission , and an illuminating lamp .
ወደ አላህም በፈቃዱ ጠሪ ፣ አብሪ ብርሃንም ( አድርገን ላክንህ ) ፡ ፡

invite to the way of your lord with wisdom and good instruction , and argue with them in a way that is best . indeed , your lord is most knowing of who has strayed from his way , and he is most knowing of who is [ rightly ] guided .
ወደ ጌታህ መንገድ በብልሃትና በመልካም ግሳጼ ( በለዘብታ ቃል ) ጥራ ፡ ፡ በዚያችም እርሷ መልካም በኾነችው ( ዘዴ ) ተከራከራቸው ፡ ፡ ጌታህ እርሱ ከመንገዱ የተሳሳተውን ሰው ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ቅን የኾኑትን ሰዎች ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

and who is better in speech than one who invites to allah and does righteousness and says , " indeed , i am of the muslims . "
ወደ አላህ ከጠራና መልካምንም ከሠራ ፣ « እኔ ከሙስሊሞች ነኝ » ካለም ሰው ይበልጥ ቃሉ ያማረ ማን ነው ?

and a believing slave is better than a polytheist , even though he might please you . those invite [ you ] to the fire , but allah invites to paradise and to forgiveness , by his permission .
( በአላህ ) አጋሪ የሆኑ ሴቶች እስከሚያምኑ ድረስ አታግቡዋቸው ፡ ፡ ከአጋሪይቱ ምንም ብትደንቃችሁም እንኳ ያመነችው ባሪያ በእርግጥ በላጭ ናት ፡ ፡ ለአጋሪዎቹም እስከሚያምኑ ድረስ አትዳሩላቸው ፡ ፡ ከአጋሪው ( ጌታ ) ምንም ቢደንቃችሁ ምእምኑ ባሪያ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ( አጋሪዎች ) ወደ እሳት ይጣራሉ ፡ ፡ አላህም በፈቃዱ ወደ ገነትና ወደ ምሕረት ይጠራል ፡ ፡ ሕግጋቱንም ለሰዎች ይገልጻል እነርሱ ሊገሰጹ ይከጀላልና ፡ ፡

for every nation we have appointed rites [ of worship ] which they observe ; so let them not dispute with you concerning your religion , and invite to your lord . indeed , you are on a straight guidance .
ለየሕዝቡ ሁሉ እነሱ የሚሠሩበት የኾነን ሥርዓተ ሃይማኖት አድርገናል ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ በነገሩ አይከራከሩህ ፡ ፡ ወደ ጌታህ መንገድም ጥራ ፡ ፡ አንተ በእርግጥ በቅኑ መንገድ ላይ ነህና ፡ ፡

" now have come to you , from your lord , proofs ( to open your eyes ) : if any will see , it will be for ( the good of ) his own soul ; if any will be blind , it will be to his own ( harm ) : i am not ( here ) to watch over your doings . "
« ከጌታችሁ ዘንድ ብርሃኖች በእርግጥ መጡላችሁ ፡ ፡ የተመለከተም ሰው ( ጥቅሙ ) ለነፍሱ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ የታወረም ሰው ( ጉዳቱ ) በራሱ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ ጠባቂ አይደለሁም » ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡
