ከዚያም ምርመራቸው በእኛ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

surely , in our hands is guidance ,
ቅኑን መንገድ መግለጽ በእኛ ላይ አለብን ፡ ፡

had he faked any sayings in our name ,
በእኛ ላይም ከፊልን ቃላት ( ያላልነውን ) በቀጠፈ ኖሮ ፤

how much we miss talking in our mother tongue.
በአፍ መፍቻ ቋንቋዎቻችን መናገርስ ምን ያህል ነው የሚናፍቀን!

a gang that i don't want to live in our country
በሀገራችን እንዲኖር የማልፈልገው የወንበዴ ቡድን

and if the messenger were to invent any sayings in our name ,
በእኛ ላይም ከፊልን ቃላት ( ያላልነውን ) በቀጠፈ ኖሮ ፤

[ you ] who believed in our verses and were muslims .
እነዚያ በአንቀጾቻችን ያመኑና ፍጹም ታዛዦች የነበሩ ( ባሮቼ ሆይ ! )

and in our sight , they are indeed the chosen ones , the beloved .
እነርሱም እኛ ዘንድ ከመልካሞቹ ምርጦች ናቸው ፡ ፡

but they who disbelieved in our signs - those are the companions of the left .
እነዚያም በአንቀጾቻችን የካዱት እነርሱ የግራ ጓዶች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and , in our sight they were indeed among the select , the truly good !
እነርሱም እኛ ዘንድ ከመልካሞቹ ምርጦች ናቸው ፡ ፡

accordingly we forgave him that , and he has a near place in our presence and a fair resort .
ለእርሱም እኛ ዘንድ መቅረብ ( ክብር ) መልካም መመለሻም አለው ፡ ፡

and those who strive in our signs in order to defeat , will be brought into the punishment .
እነዚያም የሚያቅቱ መስሏቸው አንቀጾቻችንን ለማበላሸት የሚጥሩት እነዚያ በቅጣቱ ውስጥ የሚጣዱ ናቸው ፡ ፡

they said , ‘ we worship idols , and are constant in our devotion to them . ’
« ጣዖታትን እንገዛለን ፤ እርሷንም በመገዛት ላይ እንቆያለን » አሉ ፡ ፡

and ( as for ) those who disbelieve in our communications , they are the people of the left hand .
እነዚያም በአንቀጾቻችን የካዱት እነርሱ የግራ ጓዶች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and say thou unto those who believe not : work according to your condition verily we , going to work in our way .
ለእነዚያም ለማያምኑት ባላችሁበት ሁኔታ ላይ ሥሩ ፤ እኛ ሠሪዎች ነንና በላቸው ፡ ፡

( this was our ) way with the messengers we sent before thee : thou wilt find no change in our ways .
ከመልክተኞቻችን ካንተ በፊት በእርግጥ እንደላክናቸው ሰዎች ልማድ ብጤ ( ይጠፉ ነበር ) ፡ ፡ ለልማዳችንም መለወጥን አታገኝም ፡ ፡

and those who strove in our way – we shall surely show them our paths ; and indeed allah is with the virtuous .
እነዚያም በእኛ መንገድ የታገሉ መንገዳችንን በእርግጥ እንመራቸዋለን ፡ ፡ አላህም በእርግጥ ከበጎ ሠሪዎች ጋር ነው ፡ ፡

but those who struggle in our cause , surely we shall guide them in our ways ; and god is with the good-doers .
እነዚያም በእኛ መንገድ የታገሉ መንገዳችንን በእርግጥ እንመራቸዋለን ፡ ፡ አላህም በእርግጥ ከበጎ ሠሪዎች ጋር ነው ፡ ፡

( being ) those who have believed in our signs and bowed ( their wills to ours ) in islam .
እነዚያ በአንቀጾቻችን ያመኑና ፍጹም ታዛዦች የነበሩ ( ባሮቼ ሆይ ! )

and say to those who do not believe : " act according to your ability and way , we are acting ( in our way ) .
ለእነዚያም ለማያምኑት ባላችሁበት ሁኔታ ላይ ሥሩ ፤ እኛ ሠሪዎች ነንና በላቸው ፡ ፡
