ይህ ( ጌታ ) ሙታንን ሕያው በማድረግ ላይ ቻይ አይደለምን ?

what will convey to you what this is like ?
እርሷም ምን እንደ ኾነች ምን አሳወቀህ ?

he created man from clay like that of earthenware .
ሰውን እንደ ሸክላ ከሚቅጨለጨል ደረቅ ጭቃ ፈጠረው ፡ ፡

they have said that this life is the only life and that there will be no resurrection .
እርሷም ( ሕይወት ) « የቅርቢቱ ሕይወታችን እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም እኛም ተቀስቀቃሾች አይደለንም » አሉ ፡ ፡

but the everlasting life is better , and more enduring .
መጨረሻይቱ ( ሕይወት ) በላጭ ሁል ጊዜ ዘውታሪም ስትኾን ፡ ፡

he created man from clay like [ that of ] pottery .
ሰውን እንደ ሸክላ ከሚቅጨለጨል ደረቅ ጭቃ ፈጠረው ፡ ፡

like that we sent down upon those who split into bands ,
( ሰዎችን ለማገድ የመካን በሮች ) በተከፋፈሉት ላይ እንደ አወረድነው ( በኾነ ቅጣት አሰፈራሪያችሁ ነኝ በል ) ፡ ፡

he created the human being from clay like that used for pottery
ሰውን እንደ ሸክላ ከሚቅጨለጨል ደረቅ ጭቃ ፈጠረው ፡ ፡

no , that is not like that ! verily , we have created them out of that which they know !
ይከልከል ፤ እኛ ከሚያውቁት ነገር ( ከፍቶት ጠብታ ) ፈጠርናቸው ፡ ፡

" if we had had with us a book like that of the people of old ,
« ከቀድሞዎቹ ( መጻሕፍት ) ገሳጭ መጽሐፍ እኛ ዘንድ በነበረን ኖሮ ፤

their enjoyment of this life is brief , and they shall have a painful punishment .
ጥቂት መጣቀም አላቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም አሳማሚ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

your creation and resurrection is but like that of a single cell . verily he is all-hearing and all-seeing .
እናንተን መፍጠርና እናንተን መቀስቀስ እንደ አንዲት ነፍስ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡ አላህ ሰሚ ተመልካች ነውና ፡ ፡

and indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment , like that of their companions – so they must not ask me to hasten .
ለእነዚያም ለበደሉት እንደ ጓደኞቻቸው ፋንታ ብጤ ( የቅጣት ) ፋንታ አልላቸው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ አያስቸኩሉኝ ፡ ፡

or it is like that of a rain storm with darkness , thunder , and lightning approaching . they cover their ears for fear of thunder and death .
ወይም ( ምሳሌያቸው ) ከሰማይ እንደ ወረደ ዝናም ( ባለቤቶች ) ነው ፤ በርሱ ( በደመናው ) ውስጥ ጨለማዎች ፣ ነጎድጓድም ፣ ብልጭታም ያሉበት ሲኾን ከመብረቆቹ ሞትን ለመፍራት ጣቶቻቸውን በጆሮቻቸው ውስጥ እንደሚያደርጉ ብጤ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ከሓዲዎችን ከባቢ ነው ፡ ፡

see how we have preferred some above others . yet the everlasting life is greater in rank and greater in preferment .
ከፊላቸውን በከፊሉ ላይ እንዴት እንዳበለጥን ተመልከት ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻያቱም አገር በማዕረጎች በጣም የከበረችና በመብለጥም የተለቀች ናት ፡ ፡

do the people who commit evil think that we shall make their life and death like that of the righteously striving believers ? how terrible is their judgment !
እነዚያ ኀጢአቶችን የሠሩ ሕይወታቸውም ሞታቸውም ትክክል ሲኾን እንደእነዚያ እንደ አመኑትና መልካሞችን እንደሠሩት ልናደርጋቸው ይጠረጥራሉን ? ( አይጠርጥሩ ) ፡ ፡ የሚፈርዱት ምንኛ ከፋ !

and this worldly life is nothing but pastime and game ; indeed the abode of the hereafter – that is indeed the true life ; if only they knew .
ይህችም የቅርቢቱ ሕይወት መታለያና ጨዋታ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለችም ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻይቱም አገር እርሷ በእርግጥ የዘላለም ሕይወት አገር ናት ፡ ፡ የሚያውቁ ቢኾኑ ኖሮ ፤ ( ጠፊይቱን ሕይወት አይመርጡም ነበር ) ፡ ፡
