the disbelievers among the people of the book and the pagans will dwell forever in hell ; they are the worst of all creatures .
እነዚያ ከመጽሐፉ ሰዎች የካዱት ፣ አጋሪዎቹም በገሀነም እሳት ውስጥ ናቸው ፤ በውስጧ ዘውታሪዎች ሲኾኑ እነዚያ እነርሱ ከፍጥረት ሁሉ ክፉ ናቸው ፡ ፡

the unbelievers among the people of the book and the idolaters shall be for ever in the fire of gehenna ( hell ) . they are the worst of all creatures .
እነዚያ ከመጽሐፉ ሰዎች የካዱት ፣ አጋሪዎቹም በገሀነም እሳት ውስጥ ናቸው ፤ በውስጧ ዘውታሪዎች ሲኾኑ እነዚያ እነርሱ ከፍጥረት ሁሉ ክፉ ናቸው ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , ask the jews , " if you believe that you are the chosen people of god to the exclusion of all other people , wish for death if you are truthful " .
« እናንተ አይሁዳውያን የኾናችሁ ሆይ ! ከሰው ሁሉ በስተቀር እናንተ ብቻ ለአላህ ወዳጆች ነን ብትሉ እውነተኞች እንደኾናችሁ ሞትን ተመኙ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

then say : " o people of the book , why do you turn the believers away from the path of god , looking for obliquities in the way when you are witness to it ? and god is aware of all that you do . "
« የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች ሆይ ! እናንተ መስካሪዎች ኾናችሁ ከአላህ መንገድ መጥመሟን የምትፈልጓት ስትኾኑ ያመነን ሰው ለምን ትከለክላላችሁ አላህም ከምትሰሩት ነገር ሁሉ ዘንጊ አይደለም » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and this is how we have divinely revealed to you the qur an ’ in arabic , for you to warn the people of the mother of all towns mecca – – and those around it , and to warn of the day of assembling of which there is no doubt ; a group is in paradise , and another group is in hell .
እንደዚሁም የከተሞች እናት የኾነችውን ( የመካን ሰዎች ) በአካባቢዋ ያሉትንም ልታስፈራራ የመሰብሰቢያውንም ቀን በእርሱ ጥርጣሬ የሌለበት ሲኾን ልታስጠነቅቅ ዐረብኛ የኾነን ቁርኣን ወደ አንተ አወረድን ፡ ፡ ( ከእነርሱም ) ከፊሉ በገነት ውሰጥ ከፊሉም በእሳት ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

of all the communities raised among men you are the best , enjoining the good , forbidding the wrong , and believing in god . if the people of the book had come to believe it was best for them ; but only some believe , and transgressors are many .
ለሰዎች ከተገለጸች ሕዝብ ሁሉ በላጭ ኾናችሁ በጽድቅ ነገር ታዛላችሁ ፤ ከመጥፎም ነገር ታዛላችሁ ፤ በአላህም ( አንድነት ) ታምናላችሁ ፡ ፡ የመጽሐፉም ሰዎች ባመኑ ኖሮ ለነርሱ የተሻለ በኾነ ነበር ፡ ፡ ከነርሱ አማኞች አሉ ፡ ፡ አብዛኞቻቸው ግን አመጸኞች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and to allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth . and verily , we have recommended to the people of the scripture before you , and to you ( o muslims ) that you ( all ) fear allah , and keep your duty to him , but if you disbelieve , then unto allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth , and allah is ever rich ( free of all wants ) , worthy of all praise .
በሰማያት ያለውና በምድርም ያለው ሁሉ የአላህ ነው ፡ ፡ እነዚያንም ከበፊታችሁ መጽሐፍን የተሰጡትን እናንተንም አላህን ፍሩ በማለት በእርግጥ አዘዝን ፡ ፡ ብትክዱም በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ የአላህ ነው ፡ ፡ ( አትጐዱትም ) ፡ ፡ አላህም ተብቃቂ ምስጉን ነው ፡ ፡
