እንቅልፋችሁንም ዕረፍት አደረግን ፡ ፡

and halt them , to be questioned :
« አቁሟቸውም ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ተጠያቂዎች ናቸውና » ( ይባላል ) ፡ ፡

and made sleep for you to rest ,
እንቅልፋችሁንም ዕረፍት አደረግን ፡ ፡

so we put them to sleep in the cave for several years .
በዋሻውም ውስጥ የተቆጠሩን ዓመታት በጆሮዎቻቸው ላይ መታንባቸው ፡ ፡

and guided them to the straight path ,
ቀጥተኛውንም መንገድ መራናቸው ፡ ፡

and guided them to the right path ;
ቀጥተኛውንም መንገድ መራናቸው ፡ ፡

and led them to the path that is straight .
ቀጥተኛውንም መንገድ በእርግጥ በመራናቸው ነበር ፡ ፡

and indeed you call them to the straight path .
አንተም ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ትጠራቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

besides god , and lead them to the way to hell .
« ከአላህ ሌላ ( የሚገዙዋቸውን ሰብስቧቸው ) ወደ እሳት መንገድም ምሩዋቸው ፡ ፡

and then it is for us to call them to account .
ከዚያም ምርመራቸው በእኛ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and indeed , you invite them to a straight path .
አንተም ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ትጠራቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

and , when they passed them , to wink at each other ,
በእነርሱም ላይ ባለፉ ጊዜ ይጠቃቀሱ ነበር ፡ ፡

instead of allah , and lead them to the path to hell ;
« ከአላህ ሌላ ( የሚገዙዋቸውን ሰብስቧቸው ) ወደ እሳት መንገድም ምሩዋቸው ፡ ፡

and indeed we should have guided them to a straight way .
ቀጥተኛውንም መንገድ በእርግጥ በመራናቸው ነበር ፡ ፡

and , most surely , you are calling them to a straight path .
አንተም ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ትጠራቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

and admit them to paradise , which he has made known to them .
ገነትንም ያገባቸዋል ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱ አስታውቋታል ፡ ፡

even so ; and we shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris ,
( ነገሩ ) እንደዚሁ ነው ፤ ዓይናማዎች የኾኑን ነጫጭ ሴቶችም እናጠናዳቸዋለን ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , you certainly have called them to the right path ,
አንተም ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ትጠራቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

i robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.
እናንተን ለማገልገል ደመወዝ እየተቀበልሁ ሌሎችን አብያተ ክርስቲያናት ዘረፍሁ።

and there is beauty in them for you , when you bring them home to rest and when you drive them forth abroad to pasture ;
ለእናንተም በእርሷ ወደ ማረፊያዋ በምትመልሷት ጊዜ በምታሰማሩዋትም ጊዜ ውበት አላችሁ ፡ ፡
