ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

for the keeping of the quraish
ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

since the quraish have been united ,
ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

because of giving alliances to the quraish .
ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

quraish should worship the lord of this house .
የብርድና የበጋን ወራት ጉዞ ሊያላምዳቸው ይህንን ሠራ ፡ ፡

as to these ( quraish ) , they say forsooth :
እነዚህ ( የመካ ከሓዲዎች ) በእርግጥ ይላሉ ፡ -

verily , these ( quraish ) people are saying :
እነዚህ ( የመካ ከሓዲዎች ) በእርግጥ ይላሉ ፡ -

for the covenants ( of security and safeguard enjoyed ) by the quraish ,
ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

verily , it is of their falsehood that they ( quraish pagans ) say :
ንቁ ! እነርሱ ከቅጥፈታቸው ( የተነሳ ) ይላሉ ፡ -

as we have sent down on the dividers , ( quraish pagans or jews and christians ) .
( ሰዎችን ለማገድ የመካን በሮች ) በተከፋፈሉት ላይ እንደ አወረድነው ( በኾነ ቅጣት አሰፈራሪያችሁ ነኝ በል ) ፡ ፡

( it is a great grace and protection from allah ) , for the taming of the quraish ,
ቁረይሽን ለማላመድ ( ባለዝሆኖቹን አጠፋ ) ፡ ፡

are your unbelievers , ( o quraish ) , better than they ? or have ye an immunity in the sacred books ?
ከሓዲዎቻችሁ ከእነዚህ በላጮች ናቸውን ? ወይስ ለናንተ በመጽሐፎች ውስጥ ( የተነገረ ) ነፃነት አላችሁን ?

then , o people of quraish , you too must return from the place where the people return from , and ask forgiveness from allah ; indeed allah is oft forgiving , most merciful .
ከዚያም ( ቁረይሾች ሆይ ! ) ሰዎቹ ከጎረፉበት ስፍራ ጉረፉ ፤ ( ተመለሱ ) ፡ ፡ አላህንም ምሕረትን ለምኑ ፤ አላህ እጅግ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

( and with all those allah 's grace and protections for their taming , we cause ) the ( quraish ) caravans to set forth safe in winter ( to the south ) , and in summer ( to the north without any fear ) ,
