ምድር ሸክሞችዋን ባወጣችም ጊዜ ፤

and the earth throws up her burdens ( from within ) ,
ምድር ሸክሞችዋን ባወጣችም ጊዜ ፤

for in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
እርስዋ ይህን ሽቱ በሰውነቴ ላይ አፍስሳ ለመቃብሬ አደረገች።

and indeed she did desire him and he would have inclined to her desire , had he not seen the evidence of his lord . thus it was , that we might turn away from him evil and illegal sexual intercourse .
በእርሱም በእርግጥ አሰበች ፡ ፡ በእርሷም አሰበ ፤ የጌታውን ማስረጃ ባላየ ኖሮ ( የተፈጥሮ ፍላጎቱን ባረካ ነበር ፤ ) ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ መጥፎ ነገርንና ኀጢአትን ከእርሱ ላይ ልንመልስለት ( አስረጃችንን አሳየነው ) ፡ ፡ እርሱ ከተመረጡት ባሮቻችን ነውና ፡ ፡

now there was at joppa a certain disciple named tabitha, which by interpretation is called dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.
በኢዮጴም ጣቢታ የሚሉአት አንዲት ደቀ መዝሙር ነበረች፥ ትርጓሜውም ዶርቃ ማለት ነው፤ እርስዋም መልካም ነገር የሞላባት ምጽዋትም የምታደርግ ነበረች።

she did not keep it secret and god informed him of this ; he made known a part of it , and avoided [ mentioning ] part of it . when he spoke to his wife of this , she asked him who had told him about it .
ነቢዩ ከሚስቶቹ ወደ አንዷ ወሬን በመሰጠረ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ እርሱንም በነገረችና አላህ እርሱን ( ማውራትዋን ) ባሳወቀው ጊዜ ከፊሉን አስታወቀ ፡ ፡ ከፊሉንም ተወ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ባወራት ጊዜ « ይህን ማን ነገረህ ? » አለች ፡ ፡ « ዐዋቂው ውስጠ ዐዋቂው ነገረኝ » አላት ፤
