የታተመ መጽሐፍ ነው ፡ ፡

whoever is given the record in his right hand
መጽሐፉን በቀኙ የተሰጠ ሰውማ ፤

but he who is given the record behind his back ,
መጽሐፉን በጀርባው ኋላ የተሰጠ ሰውማ ፤

indeed , the record of the pious is in illeeyun .
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

nay , but the record of the righteous is in ' illiyin -
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

no indeed ; the record of the righteous is in elliyyeen .
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

and what do you know what the record of the exalted ones is ?
ዒሊዮንም ምን እንደ ኾነ ምን አሳወቀህ ?

nay ! most surely the record of the wicked is in the sijjin .
በእውነት የከሓዲዎቹ ( የሰላቢዎቹ ) መጽሐፍ በእርግጥ በሲጂን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

by no means ! verily the record of the ungodly is in sijjin .
በእውነት የከሓዲዎቹ ( የሰላቢዎቹ ) መጽሐፍ በእርግጥ በሲጂን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

and how would you know what the record of the prison-house is ?
ሲጂንም ምን እንደ ኾነ ምን አሳወቀህ ?

indeed the record of the virtuous is in the highest place , the illiyin .
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

but , the record of the righteous is [ preserved ] in the ' illiyyin --
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

by no means ! verily the record of the virtuous shall be in ' illiyun .
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

his companion will say : " here is ( the record ) i have ready with me . "
ቁራኛውም ( መልአክ ) « ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው » ይላል ፡ ፡

and this is the record, that god hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his son.
እግዚአብሔርም የዘላለምን ሕይወት እንደ ሰጠን ይህም ሕይወት በልጁ እንዳለ ምስክሩ ይህ ነው።

and his accompanying angel said , “ this is the record of your deeds , available with me . ”
ቁራኛውም ( መልአክ ) « ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው » ይላል ፡ ፡

no indeed ! verily , the deeds of the virtuous shall be in the record of the exalted ones .
በእውነቱ የእውነተኞቹ ምእምናን መጽሐፍ በዒሊዮን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

the reward of the righteously striving believers will not be neglected . we are keeping the record of their good deeds .
እርሱ ያመነ ኾኖ ከበጎ ሥራዎች ማንኛውንም የሚሠራም ሰው ፤ ምንዳውን አይነፈግም ፡ ፡ እኛም ለእርሱ መዝጋቢዎች ነን ፡ ፡

no indeed ! verily the deeds of the wicked are in the record locked up in the prison-house !
በእውነት የከሓዲዎቹ ( የሰላቢዎቹ ) መጽሐፍ በእርግጥ በሲጂን ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

one who worships things besides god has no proof of the authority of such things . god is certainly keeping the record of his deeds .
ከአላህም ጋር ሌላን አምላክ ለእርሱ በእርሱ ማስረጃ የሌለውን የሚገዛ ሰው ምርመራው እጌታው ዘንድ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እነሆ ከሓዲዎች አይድኑም ፡ ፡
