indeed , for you by day is prolonged occupation .
ላንተ በቀን ውስጥ ረዥም መዘዋወር አልለህ ፡ ፡

lo ! thou hast by day a chain of business .
ላንተ በቀን ውስጥ ረዥም መዘዋወር አልለህ ፡ ፡

verily there is for thee by day occupation prolonged .
ላንተ በቀን ውስጥ ረዥም መዘዋወር አልለህ ፡ ፡

you have by day prolonged occupations [ with dawah work ] .
ላንተ በቀን ውስጥ ረዥም መዘዋወር አልለህ ፡ ፡

verily , ye pass by their ( sites ) , by day-
እናንተም ያነጋችሁ ስትሆኑ በእነርሱ ( መኖሪያዎች ) ላይ ( በቀን ) ታልፋላችሁ ፡ ፡

true , there is for thee by day prolonged occupation with ordinary duties :
ላንተ በቀን ውስጥ ረዥም መዘዋወር አልለህ ፡ ፡

he said : “ my lord , i called my people by night and by day ,
( ስለ ተቃወሙትም ) « አለ ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እኔ ሌሊትም ቀንም ሕዝቦቼን ጠራሁ ፡ ፡

he said ; ' my lord , i have called my people by night and by day ,
( ስለ ተቃወሙትም ) « አለ ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እኔ ሌሊትም ቀንም ሕዝቦቼን ጠራሁ ፡ ፡

and to him belongs that which reposes by night and by day , and he is the hearing , the knowing .
በሌሊትና በቀንም ጸጥ ያለው ሁሉ የርሱ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ሰሚው ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ »

but if they become proud , those who are with your lord exalt him by day and night , and never grow weary .
ቢኮሩም እነዚያ በጌታህ ዘንድ ያሉት ( መላእክት ) በቀንም በሌሊትም ለእርሱ ያወድሳሉ ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አይሰለቹም ፡ ፡

though they may see each other . a sinner will wish that he could save himself from the torment of that day by sacrificing his children ,
( ዘመዶቻቸውን ) ያዩዋቸዋል ፡ ፡ አመጸኛው ከዚያ ቀን ስቃይ ( ነፍሱን ) በልጆቹ ሊበዥ ይመኛል ፡ ፡

although they shall be within sight of one another . the guilty one would fain ransom himself from the torment of that day by offering his children ,
( ዘመዶቻቸውን ) ያዩዋቸዋል ፡ ፡ አመጸኛው ከዚያ ቀን ስቃይ ( ነፍሱን ) በልጆቹ ሊበዥ ይመኛል ፡ ፡

and it is he who takes your souls by night and knows what you have committed by day . then he revives you therein that a specified term may be fulfilled .
እርሱም ያ በሌሊት የሚያስተኛችሁ በቀንም የሠራችሁትን ሁሉ የሚያውቅ ከዚያም የተወሰነው ጊዜ ይፈፀም ዘንድ በእርሱ ( በቀን ) ውስጥ የሚቀሰቅሳችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም መመለሻችሁ ወደ እርሱ ነው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

say : who guards you by night and by day from the beneficent allah ? nay , they turn aside at the mention of their lord .
« ከአልረሕማን ( ቅጣት ) በሌሊትና በቀን የሚጠብቃችሁ ማነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡ በእውነቱ እነሱ ከጌታቸው ግሳጼ ( ከቁርአን ) ዘንጊዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and among his signs is the sleep that you take by night and by day , and your seeking of his bounty . verily , in that are indeed signs for a people who listen .
በሌሊትና በቀንም መተኛታችሁ ፣ ከችሮታውም መፈለጋችሁ ከምልክቶቹ ነው ፡ ፡ በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚሰሙ ሕዝቦች ተዓምራቶች አልሉበት ፡ ፡

it is the same ( to him ) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly , whether he be hid by night or go forth freely by day .
ከእናንተ ውስጥ ቃሉን ዝቅ ያደረገ ሰው በእርሱ የጮኸም ሰው እርሱ በሌሊት ተደባቂም በቀን ( ተገልጾ ) ኺያጅም የኾነ ሰው ( እርሱ ዘንድ ) እኩል ነው ፡ ፡

alike of you is he who conceals his -- saying , and he who proclaims it , he who hides himself in the night , and he who sallies by day ;
ከእናንተ ውስጥ ቃሉን ዝቅ ያደረገ ሰው በእርሱ የጮኸም ሰው እርሱ በሌሊት ተደባቂም በቀን ( ተገልጾ ) ኺያጅም የኾነ ሰው ( እርሱ ዘንድ ) እኩል ነው ፡ ፡

and one of his signs is your sleeping and your seeking of his grace by night and ( by ) day ; most surely there are signs in this for a people who would hear .
በሌሊትና በቀንም መተኛታችሁ ፣ ከችሮታውም መፈለጋችሁ ከምልክቶቹ ነው ፡ ፡ በዚህ ውስጥ ለሚሰሙ ሕዝቦች ተዓምራቶች አልሉበት ፡ ፡
