( abraham ) said , " i will go to my lord who will guide me " .
አለም « እኔ ወደ ጌታዬ ኼያጅ ነኝ ፡ ፡ በእርግጥ ይመራኛልና ፡ ፡ »

" ( he ) hath made me kind to my mother , and not overbearing or miserable ;
« ለእናቴም ታዛዥ ( አድርጎኛል ) ፡ ፡ ትዕቢተኛ እምቢተኛም አላደረገኝም ፡ ፡

( o prophet ) , declare to my servants that i am indeed ever forgiving , most merciful .
ባሮቼን እኔ መሓሪው አዛኙ እኔው ብቻ መኾኔን ንገራቸው ፡ ፡

and lut believed in him , and he said : i am fleeing to my lord , surely he is the mighty , the wise .
ሉጥም ለእርሱ አመነ ፤ ( ኢብራሂም ) « እኔ ወደ ጌታዬ ተሰዳጅ ነኝ ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ አሸናፊው ጥበበኛው ነውና » አለም ፡ ፡

« ደህና ኹን ፡ ፡ ወደፊት ከጌታዬ ምሕረትን እለምንልሃለሁ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለኔ በጣም ርኅሩኅ ነውና » አለ ፡ ፡

abraham said : " peace be on thee : i will pray to my lord for thy forgiveness : for he is to me most gracious .
« ደህና ኹን ፡ ፡ ወደፊት ከጌታዬ ምሕረትን እለምንልሃለሁ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለኔ በጣም ርኅሩኅ ነውና » አለ ፡ ፡

he said : " are you averse to my gods , o abraham ? if you do not desist , i shall have you stoned to death .
( አባቱም ) « ኢብራሂም ሆይ ! አንተ አምላኮቼን ትተህ የምትዞር ነህን ባትከለከል በእርግጥ እወግርሃለሁ ፡ ፡ ረዥም ጊዜንም ተወኝ » አለ ፡ ፡
